Breakfast was excellent and our host had our perfectly cooked items in front of us as soon as we’d finished our starter!

The location is lovely
The room was quite small, lots of cobwebs and a dirty fridge. The en suite was just big enough to dry yourself. The car park is at the rear and you have to drive through a very tight space between the guesthouse and nextdoor, which I had to watch my wife driving in and out of. The porch where you entered smelled of dogs.
I use booking.com a lot and have stayed in far better £120 per night bed and breakfasts. I am sorry to leave this review, but I look at reviews everytime I am booking and only went here because of the 9.5 score, which personally I feel it shouldn't be.
