Very spacious, modern and clean. The speakers were a great addition. Kitchen facilities were great and check in was straight forward.
It is a little far from the main area. You can see this on the map, but it doesn’t take in consideration the heat in summer. It’s central enough, but if you’re the kind of people who want to go back and forth from your apartment and the city, it’s a little far.

Great location close to nice restaurants and bars.
Water Heating was off upon arrival and there were no instructions to correctly set up. Turned on but needed to contact owner to get it to work correctly. Parking is a challenge throughout Florence, and some advice on this ahead of arrival would have been valuable. Key/lock to apartment entrance was tricky to use so relied on key code.
