To the left, you’ll find the master bedroom with a 160x200 cm (queen-size) bed, Smart TV, and direct views of the National Library and Santa Croce. Nearby, the second bedroom includes two single beds (80x190 cm), perfect for families or friends. A hallway connecting the rooms offers built-in wardrobes for convenient storage.
To the right of the entrance, the fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for a comfortable and self-sufficient stay. At the end of the hallway, the grand living room welcomes you with original frescoed ceilings, large windows overlooking the Arno River and San Niccolò district, and two elegant Chesterfield sofas — a perfect place to unwind and enjoy the Smart TV.
Adjacent to the living room is a separate dining area, featuring a designer table and chairs, along with a cozy reading corner furnished with comfortable armchairs.
The apartment includes two full bathrooms with walk-in showers, offering comfort and privacy for all guests.

Amazing location. Beautiful, clean apartment. Great views of and across the Arno river. Beds were comfortable. Scott was very communicative and made check in and check out very easy. He also gave several restaurant recommendations! Absolutely loved our stay here!

The Santa Croce neighborhood turned out to be the perfect location -- close enough to the Duomo/San Lorenzo neighborhoods to be an easy walk to leading tourist sites, but not overrun by their crowds. A great selection of neighborhood restaurants, and lovely overlooks of the Arno out the front window. The flat was very spacious and very well appointed (including floor lamps in addition to overheads), comfortable furniture, a fully-equipped modern kitchen, great bathrooms and showers. And Scott, the Genteel representative, was incredibly responsive, taking truly extra steps to make sure our stay was perfect in all regards. We were delighted with our two weeks in Florence, and this apartment made it truly memorable.
