Worst hotel stay ever, worst Customer Service

Bed hotel experience ever. We booked a room for 4 people, which has been clearly stated by the owner on booking.com. But the owner set up the his booking.com system so that we could only upload 2 guests’ information, and then he asked for additional 200 euros charge for the third guest after our arrival late in the afternoon when we are all tired. We have checked its price, and the additional fee is not reasonable at all!!Our total expense is higher than the price if we wanna book the same room for 4 people during our arriving day. - The location is not good. Hard to find the hotel through a narrow road. - No room cleaning provided every day. - You have to pay 5 euros to use the washing machine and no washing powder provided, in the instruction for laundry is also poor. - small indoor parking lot. If u are driving alone and wanna try to park your car in this hotel, never think about it. It is more like a cheap AIRBNB. There are plenty other hotels in that town which is better and cheaper than this one.

Brilliant base with everything you need for exploring the Val Gardena Dolomites!

Really great facilities, really clean, spacious and comfy beds - well equipped (incl. access to a washing machine and ability to leave luggage safely). Peaceful and quiet but close enough to the centre of Ortisei to be 5/10 minutes walk to the main bus stop and great bars/restaurants/supermarket. The property provides the free bus pass which gives you free access to amazing hikes further down the valley. The hosts were friendly and helpful, really easy check-in/out process. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing stay!

It was super clean , well equipment will all the facilities you need, 10 min walk to each one of the cables , near by restaurants and supermarket! Walter was super nice and helpful!

The apartment was very clean cosy and very very nice. The location is wonderful 5 min from all cables and the main stores. Walter was very nice and helpful.

The kitchen did not contain basics- such as coffee sugar salt and oil. The spa did not work at the time we arrived mid Oct.

Spacious apartment with stunning views and wonderful hospitality

We had a wonderful stay in Palmai. The apartment was terrific, with a stunning view of the city. It’s very well equipped and spacious, and provided the perfect relaxing setting we needed after a full day of travel. The place also has washing and dryer machine which we used. Sauna operates in winter time. The owner was extremely helpful, nice and accommodating. He helped us with everything we needed. The location is perfect, walking distance to city center, nice coffee place close by. I highly recommend residence Palmai and we will surely return!!

Loved it, if our travels take us to Ortisei again I would definitely stay here!

The property was very clean and walking distance to everything including shopping, dining, hiking, funicular, etc. Walter, our host was very friendly and accomodating and gave great reccomendations for local dining. We were a family of 5 and mid-way through our vacation, having a washer and dryer on site was an added plus. I would definitely recommend Residence Palmai to those traveling solo or with family it was A++ and to Walter, thank you Sir, we had a lovely time.

The parking was accessible by elevator. The location was very convenient.

The room was dark. The swimming pool was not inside the property, but rather a public pool accessible to anyone with the Val Gardena card

Spacious room with comfy bed. Well prepared kitchen. Friendly host. Location is very good with 10-15 min walk to old town and cable car stations. Highly recommended.

Underground parking garage is small and may be difficult for large vehicle.

Spacious apartments overlooking the village with an amazing spa

Spacious apartments with a view to the village from a huge balcony. Each apartment had 2 bedroooms with plenty of space and amenities, a nearly fully equipped kitchen. Lower floor reveals a spa with 3 saunas, jacuzzi and a relaxing area. Not to talk about underground parking and a dedicated ski room for the gear. Nearest ski lift is 5-7 min walk away.

A treasure! Wonderful accommodations

First Walter was very accommodating and accessible. Our apartment was beautiful, comfortable, and perfect for my parents, my son and me. We loved the sauna and jacuzzi. Parking onsite was very convenient. We felt right at home, and would live to go back!

Poloha! Jste v klidu mimo turisticky ruch, avsak par kroku od centra. 5 min na lanovku na Seiser alm!

Kuchyn je skvele vybavena, ale chybela nam sul, olej a houbicka na nadobi s jarem. Takovy zaklad, ktery nechcete kupovat. A skoda ze wellness je jen v zime! Taky bych ocenila moznost snidane.

L'appartement était idéalement situé et bien aménagé. Terrasse et jardinet avec transats étaient parfaits pour se détendre après une journée de randonnée. Le parking sous la résidence était un plus !

Appartement zou 80m2 zijn maar bleek nog geen 60. Dat viel tegen gezien hoge prijs en dat we met gezin van 5 waren. Er werd omdat er een persoon bij kwam een bed bijgezet (waar we fors voor betaalden) maar wisten niet dat het zo krap zou zijn. Het is echt een appartement voor max 4.

Skvělá poloha ubytování, naprosto doporučuji

Obrovská výhoda je poloha ubytování. Nachází se hned u parku Furdenan-Palmer, od garáže je to zhruba 50 metrů na sjezdovku a lze se jednoduše dostat pomocí obou vleků na kabinovou lanovku Ortisei-Seiser Alm. Nově se lze také dostat ze sjezdovky Pilat až k ubytování na lyžích. Do centra je to asi 5 minut pěšky. Pan majitel je velmi přátelský, vše nám ukázal a vysvětlil. V garáži je dokonce automat s občerstvením. Pokoj byl čistý, dobře vybaven, televize jak v obývacím pokoji, tak i v ložnici.

Jediná věc, co nám trochu dělala problém, bylo osvětlení. Hlavně v koupelně se mi stávalo, že světlo automaticky zhaslo, i když jsem tam ještě byl. Ale to je jen maličkost a nevylučuji, že chyba byla na mé straně.
