Expensive, not sure if it worths the money

Location

The apartment has no AC and no shade/curtain in the kitchen. It was extremely hot to stay there in summer and we barely can sleep due to the hot temperature.

It was clean and well set up. Mostly good amenities

There was no soap in the shower, not enough toilet paper, no clothes drying rack, only in laundry and not leaving clothes down there. Only one dishwasher tablet for one week.

Brand new with very nice modern design, another toilet.

Noisy and no privacy, 1 common laundry machine and no drier, with 2 clothes racks in the basement is not enough for all the guests. 6€ per load, not as described as in apartment machine. No sitting area in the apartment, only kitchen bench. Not what as was shown in the pictures when I booked. Garage costs additional €€€? Why, where do they expect you to park?

Great Quality Apartment

Great apartment is in a new build. All the facilities are of a very high standard (beautiful Italian design). Good location for hiking, cycling etc. Ortisei is a beautiful town just 3mins drive / 15mins walk away. Beautiful views of mountains from the apartment - it is on a busy road but the apartment is well insulated so didn't cause any issues (and I hate noise!). Host was very helpful.

Paying for the car parking which is under the building - Euro 90 for 5 days - felt too high on top of the apartment cost

If you want a very comfortable & new apartment, choose this!

Brand New!! Super comfortable, many upgrades, good location with view—not far from center, but you have to take bud or drive—courtesy bus tickets given, however we had car. Parking garage below was huge & secure, but for extra fee to use. Entrance to and from garage was so efficient with direct access to apartments above by elevator.

Lovely apartment convenient to all locations in surrounding area.

The apartment is new so everything was in good shape. I especially appreciated the number of hooks in the bedrooms and bathrooms. The underground parking garage was very convenient, although priced high at 15 euro/night.

We missed having a microwave in the kitchen. The driveway right off the highway was a bit confusing because the address is not visible from the road. Luckily the host sent a helpful photo of the entry. We were also surprised to find plain dirt/mud outside our apartment when the photos led us to expect grassy areas.

Flat ligt op goede wandelafstand van Ortisei. Mooie uitzichten vanaf de woning. Ideale locatie om naar Bolzano en Brennerpas te rijden.

De straat waar woning gelegen is, is vrij druk. Daar kunnen de eigenaars niet veel aan doen. Probeer niet om een boek te lezen buiten, want je kan je niet concentreren.
