The view from the balcony is stunning, providing a comforting and relaxing atmosphere. It refreshes both mind and body a

Comfortable, clean, homely feel, well stocked kitchen, nicely heated during cold season. There’s a washing machine and that helps us greatly! Importantly, it’s located within walking distance to the city centre and hiking/walking trails.

Not much except the bathroom with the bath tub. The screen is not able to cover the shower area sufficiently, hence the floor will always get wet after showers. The water pressure from the shower head is really good 😊, something we didn’t expect.

Perfect location and apartment for Dolomite hiking!

The most perfect and picturesque location for a stay in the Dolomites. Easy to reach so many different hiking spots! Helene and Manuel are lovely, welcoming hosts and very helpful. The apartment is amazing, comfortable, clean, spacious and well stocked with anything you could need. The elevator is a huge bonus for getting bags in/out. The 2 bathrooms are great for a family getting ready and are large and spotlessly clean. The deck looking out at the mountains was our favorite spot. Easy walk to town (about 10 mins) or bus is available. Would definitely stay here again!!!

The moveable shower glass in the 2nd bathroom is a little tricky if you're used to American showers!

Cozy beautiful apartment

The apartment was very cozy and nice, the kitchen was very well-equipped, and the beds were comfortable. The location was good, walking distance to the lifts, amazing views from the balcony. Helene was very welcoming. I would book again if I return Very convenient and large elevator.

Best lodging in the Dolomites!!

Don’t hesitate!! Just book it! It was the best apartment we stayed at in our 2 weeks in Italy! The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need. Walking distance to town and within an hour drive of all the hikes we wanted to do in the area. Helene and her family were so nice and very helpful!! I will definitely book this place again if I return to the Dolomites!!

We loved apartment Manuel

Lovely, clean and cosy 2-bedroom apartment with all necessary amenities - comfortable parking, dishwasher, oven, washing machine, 2 bathrooms, sauna. Great view over Ortisei from the balcony. Comfortable chairs on the balcony, inviting to relax after a hiking day. Everything is very clean and made with love and attention to detail. We loved out stay there.

We are thankful for the fabulous vacation

We don't know how to describe how kind and generous Helena, the host, is. The vacation was just perfect! A clean apartment with all facilities, an equipped kitchen, toys and treats, a magnificent view, a sauna, free bus tickets, and pool tickets to joyful Mar Dolmit. She invited us to play in her garden. Helena warmly accepted us when we arrived at the night; a bottle of wine and chocolate awaited us. She was available for any requests and was extremely pleasant. We and our kids enjoyed it so much that we hope we can revisit this place. Thank you Helena for this unforgivable experience!

Great apartment, wonderful host!

My friends and I stayed in this wonderful apartment for three nights. It was beautifully furnished and thoughtfully equipped with everything travellers would want for a trip (from a full kitchen with untensils/cutlery, bonus items like apple juice, fruits and jam to umbrellas needed for a rainy day). After a day of hiking, it was comforting to know that we could return to a comfortable "home". Although our host, Helene, went on a vacation with her family after we checked in, she texted to see how we were doing while she was away. It was a pity that I did not have a chance to have more conversations with her. Anyhow, thank you Helene, for sharing your care and lovely apartment with us, such that our next accommodation felt like an immediate downgrade. A memorable stay indeed!

Lovely spacious house in Ortesei

This accomodation it's absolutely brilliant, it has everything you need making you feel like you are at home. Helena and her family lives downstairs and is always available to answer any questions. The entire house is very comfortable and decorated nicely with wooden furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped so we could cook nice meals at home. I 100% recommend this place to stay in val gardena

Beautiful apartment overlooking Ortesei

Amazing apartment. It was such a lovely surprise to arrive to such a big living space. There are two big bathrooms, lovely kitchen, cozy living area, two big bedrooms, tonnes of storage and a big balcony with a breathtaking view over Ortesei. The kitchen was well stocked with the essentials, the bedding was plentiful and it was immaculately clean. If we are ever in the area again this will be where we will stay!!

出租的公寓在这栋房子的四楼，有电梯直达。房东就住在三楼，但四楼可以完全独立，租客绝对不会用担心被打扰。有两间卧室，两个卫生间，还有一个桑拿房。一个卧室有一个双人大床，另一个卧室有两个单人床。厨房实施齐全，有电磁炉和烤箱。在公寓的阳台上有非常漂亮的景色。我们在这里住了四天，几乎每天都在阳台上，在美景里用餐。

因为房子在山坡上，所以去镇中心的步行距离有点远，而且回来时是上坡，步行的话有点累。但房东会提供免费的公共汽车二维码，可以搭乘公共汽车。公共汽车站很近，缺点是班次不多。有私人的免费停车位。

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Mrs. Helena, whose kindness and genuine hospitality immediately made us feel at home. The apartment itself was spotless — exceptionally clean, tidy, and clearly well cared for. Everything was thoughtfully arranged and made our stay both comfortable and easy. One of the highlights was definitely the breathtaking view from the balcony. Waking up to those mountains each morning was a privilege and something we’ll always remember. A perfect stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Dolomites. أقمنا ليلتين في شقة مانويل في أورتيزي، وكانت تجربة رائعة بكل المقاييس. منذ لحظة وصولنا، استقبلتنا السيدة هيلينا بابتسامة دافئة وترحاب جميل جعلنا نشعر وكأننا في بيتنا. الشقة كانت نظيفة جداً ومرتبة بشكل استثنائي، مما يعكس الاهتمام الكبير بالتفاصيل والعناية بالمكان. كل شيء كان مجهزاً بعناية ليجعل إقامتنا مريحة وسلسة. أما المنظر من الشرفة فكان ببساطة خلاباً. الاستيقاظ صباحاً على إطلالة الجبال كان من أجمل لحظات الرحلة، ولن ننساه أبداً. إقامة مثالية بكل معنى الكلمة. أنصح بها بشدة لكل من يخطط لزيارة الدولوميت.

بداية أشكر هيلين وزوجها على التعامل الأكثر من رائع قمة في التعاون والأدب،الموقع رائع جدا قريب للسنتر من يستطيع المشي تقريبا 15دقيقة أو بالسيارة 5 دقائق،سعة الشقة واسعة جدا كنا 5 أشخاص وكانت المساحة جدا مناسبة ،المرافق متكاملة أدوات المطبخ كل شي موجود، البلكونة كبيرة ومريحة،الإطلالة هنا تكمل الهدية إطلالة فووووووق الخيال ماتنوصف روووووعة، باركينق خاص ،إذا رجعت لأورتيساي بدون تردد نفس السكن،شكرا هيليين نتمنى أن نراك مرة أخرى

אהבנו הכל, הנוף מהמרפסת היה מטורף, הרגשנו בתוך גלויה. המארחת הייתה מאוד נחמדה עזרה לנו המון ובשמחה הדירה הייתה מאוד נקיה ומרווחת. היה בדירה פשוט כל שצריך לחופשה מושלמת, אפילו סאונה בחדר! בנוסף קיבלנו כרטיסים לכל המשפחה לכניסה לבריכה שווה לגמרי נחזור שוב
