Home has the look and feel with a taste of Miami style décor. Infinity edge pool, caretakers on site, property sits on 1/3 of an acre on a private beach and pier with palapa. Eco friendly, off grid home with all the amenities you'd expect from a 5 star hotel.
Price per night for all inclusive experience is $1750 per night plus the price per night on this site that is paid outside of this site regardless of people in the reservation. However, if you book by January 1, 2026 the price is $1500 per night.
The all inclusive experience would include a 5 star chef, a bartender if you desire, sodas, waters, juices, coffee, mixers, local wine and rum, vodka and local beer, 3 meals and 2 snacks a day with dessert, a 35 ft. center console boat, boat captain, butler, deep sea fishing and all necessary equipment, snorkeling gear, spearfishing equipment, lobster hunting, tours around the island and equipment included. We have lobster traps and crab pots to get fresh fish. This price also includes transportation to and from the airport in San Pedro to the residence. This is truly a remarkable, top shelf experience catered to taking care of your every need. You and your guests will simply show up to our beautiful island and we take care of the rest! This allows you to know exactly what you have available to you without the hassles of coordinating on your own and wasting valuable vacation time navigating yourself around the island and of course eliminates all of those spending surprises. Lastly, this doesn't include tips, gratuity or fuel for the boat or wave runners.

If you'd like golf carts for your stay we have a vendor set up to deliver and pick up at the property. This is not included in your stay.

We can’t say enough about this property. The house is perfect, the setting restful but playful and the staff out of this world. Chef kept us well fed and happily took our requests. Best of all, we communicated in advance our activity desires to house manager Brian and he kept us bust every day with our requested fishing, snorkeling and sightseeing. The fast boat was a joy. Do bear in mind that if boating then gas will be a big expense (but worth it).

Arrived to a friendly gentleman named Brian who got us on our way to our hidden paradise on the west coast. The property was perfect, the staff was perfect, our day trips were perfect. If you like eating what you catch, you are in for a treat with Chef Andy's and his side kick Amin 5 star cooking. Plenty of time to relax and stay active Such a wonderful experience

We wanted sun, beach, good food and drink and we got it all. The staff here is AMAZING - like family! I would eat anything the chef put in front of us! He was so good! Our bartender was incredible! The view is just incredible! We have already booked to go back!

Casa Nex Ta Sea was the most amazing vacation we have ever been on! The home and property are so beautiful. Its so nice to have a private area to relax. The tours were incredible and so much fun!! All of the staff is so kind and make your trip so personal. My family & I loved getting to know them and spend our week with them. They all go above and beyond to make your trip special. Cant wait to go back! BEST VACATION WE HAVE EVER BEEN ON!
