Villa #3 is one of 4 stunning homes within an exclusive property located on beautiful Ambergris Caye only 5 minutes from San Pedro. Experience your own private island located a 1/2 mile by water from the heart of downtown San Pedro across the beautiful San Pedro lagoon.
Whether you are looking for a family retreat , a tropical getaway with a group of friends, or a romantic holiday for two...Villa 3 offers everything you are looking for!
From the moment you arrive in beautiful Belize we will impress you with our accommodating services, designed to cater to you. Let us personally escort you from the San Pedro Airport or Water Taxi Terminal to your exclusive vessel and assist in assuring that your every wish is accommodated. Let the gentle touch of the ocean bring you closer to our paradise.
Once you have arrived submerse yourself in our luxury. We have carefully planned and prepared for your stay, insuring all available amenities are present.
Our home is located in a natural reserve and bird sanctuary where you may have the pleasure of seeing many pink and white Spoonbills, various birds of the Caribbean as well as tarpon, permit, bonefish and wildlife such as deer, dolphins, and crocs. (Which are not aggressive) However, please do not feed nor approach any wildlife you see, and only swim off the frontside of the property. Ambergris Caye is made up of 60% mangroves and lagoons which are the natural habitat for a variety of species and we do not recommend swimming in the lagoon areas. San Pedro's most popular restaurants, beach bars, night clubs, grocery stores, markets, spas, and tour companies are all within footsteps from our dock and San Pedro's Airport and Water Taxi terminals are literally 3 blocks away. No need to rent a golf cart for your entire stay unless you want to...but I highly suggest renting one for a day or two to check out Secret Beach (not-so-secret anymore) and north/south of the island.
You will have access to the entire home except the laundry room. Housekeeping offers a complimentary mid-stay laundry service for stays of 5 nights or longer.

Our location is prime!! Located a 1/2 mile from downtown San Pedro across San Pedro's beautiful lagoon...only a 2 minute scenic water taxi ride that is available day/night. We supply you with all the contact numbers you will need, and our boat driver is available at any time of the day. We offer complimentary scheduled water taxi trips between 7:00AM - 10:00PM (usually every other hour) and any additional trips made outside the schedule are an additional fee of $20 for 1-4 passengers with each additional passenger being $5/pp each way.
The Water Taxi remains at the property at all times and is only used to go to/from town. (A scenic 3-5 minute ride across a half mile of San Pedro's beautiful blue lagoon).
Golf carts rentals can be arranged.
Private Chef Services are available at an additional cost as well as Online Grocery Provisions. I highly recommend pre-ordering provisions so you needn't be bothered with all of the running around, especially upon arrival. There's nothing better than seeing the huge smiles on our guests faces when they open their fridge and see all the cold beers and snacks waiting to be opened. And for a most perfect arrival....throw in a private dinner being prepared just for you and add the scent of it all with that cold beer...mmmmm welcome to your home away from home!

I can’t say thank you enough to Marilyn and the team for making my 50th birthday celebration a success! Everyone was so good to us while there. Marilyn has all the connections you could possibly need. We partied like rockstars at some local spots, ate like kings at others, and explored with the best guide ever. The location is perfect if you are young at heart but wise in years lol. Dino the boat captain was always there when we needed him. We were out late and he would come get us no matter the time. We took good care of him but he deserved it. I have missed Belize and was so happy to be back. The people we were supported by during our stay is the reason why I love Belize and will one day be a resident. See you next year.

We had the most wonderful time at this beautiful home! The house is well-appointed and laid out perfectly for lounging, with plenty of space for hanging together or having some private time. We spent a lot of time on the roof top deck and the plunge pool offered the perfect refreshing dip while sunning. The property manager was very responsive and made sure that we had everything we needed for our stay. Chef Chris' 5-star meals are a MUST HAVE! The water taxi was convenient and easy to access.

Words are not enough to describe my stay. Being tbere to celebrate my birthday with my friends & family we had a blast. Marilyn is a God sent human being, she was introduced to me by Corrina and she was everything and more in making sure we were comfortable. Captain Dino is a great man. The staffs and Chef Chris at the Coconut Cafe restaurant were also amazing and accommodating. Everyone we encounter were very kind and gracious. The villa was great and perfect for what we needed and more.
Highly recommend Corrina and her team any day. Will stay here or at any of the villas hosted by Corrina and her team. God bless all of them for making our trip memorable.

We stayed here in May and had a wonderful time. Marilyn (concierge) did a great job of making sure our needs were met (golf carts and groceries) and was able to answer all of our questions. She met us at the ferry and saw us off at the airport. So very thankful for the smooth transitions! Before, during and after our arrival, both Marilyn and Corrina were excellent to work with and very responsive.
The property is beautiful and well maintained. The kitchen had all the tools we needed to cook and the fridge was full sized. The plunge pool on the roof was delightfully refreshing when we were hot and tired. Not only that, the rooftop was perfect for stargazing (we were just able to see the Southern Cross!) With all of the space available, we were able to gather as a group or step away from one another for some privacy. Just a short walk to the ferry to town and the schedule worked well for us. Captain Dino also worked with us when we needed a ferry trip that wasn't on schedule. Loved this location and am looking forward to returning in future.
