Still Waters is a newly constructed 4 bedroom, 3 bath home that creates the perfect place to gather with family and friends! Enjoy being literally right on the beach, with ocean views from almost every room, multiple decks, and a private pool!
As a stand alone house on it's own private property, you do you need to worry about sharing the space with other guests since you have the entire property to yourselves. This unique benefit stands out during this time of Covid, so you can vacation worry free at Still Waters Belize. Still Waters is the only house on our property (in addition to the separate care-taker unit in the back of the property); the home, pool, beach, staff, and all property amenities are all exclusive to you during your stay at Still Waters Belize! You do not need to race to claim your pool or beach chair, and with a cook, nor is there a need to worry about preparing meals! The two full time staff offer the amenities of a luxury resort within the privacy of your own home!
Located 4.5 miles north of San Pedro, you'll enjoy peace & quiet, yet still have easy access to town. At Still Waters Belize, we hope to offer a space where you can truly be on vacation and enjoy the perfect combination of activities and relaxation.
The layout of this newly constructed 4 bedroom, 3 bath home creates an ideal space for both friends and families to share and enjoy, while the two-level configuration lends itself to privacy within a group.
Each floor has two bedrooms, a living area, and spacious decks with amazing views of the Caribbean Sea. We offer three “Master” bedrooms, each with a king bed, private porch, and stunning ocean views. The fourth bedroom is the bunk-room, with one queen bed and three single beds. The living, dining and kitchen on the ground floor open to the covered deck and infinity pool.
A Private Tropical Paradise:
Whether you envision your Belize vacation filled with island activities, rest and relaxation, or a perfect combination of both, we hope to provide all this and more at Still Waters Belize! You can spend the day relaxing by the private pool or enjoying a good book in a hammock under a palm tree. The house is stocked with several beach and ocean toys (no need to pay an hourly rate to rent a kayak), such as stand up paddle boards, kayaks, and corn holes so that you don't need to leave the property to explore the wonders of the sea! We can also book fishing, snorkeling, diving, etc. trips and excursions with the best guides on the island and arrange for a professional massage on the beach or in the privacy of your bedroom. Your golf cart rentals will be waiting for you upon arrival, and we can also book your flights or private boat transfers from Belize International Airport to San Pedro. If you want a taste of local island cuisine from the privacy of our dining room, we offer cooking and catering services (for additional fee), meal delivery and grocery stocking (so that your kitchen is filled with your favorite foods & beverages when you arrive at the house after a long day of travel). We hope to make your Belize beach vacation easy, seamless, and unforgettable!
We have been visiting Ambergris Caye for over twenty years and we hope to have incorporated all that is desired in a Belize beach house at Still Waters.
1. Location: close enough to town for an easy golf cart ride (or boat ride), yet far enough removed to feel like you are in your own island paradise.
2. Beach: There is an actual beach in front of our property, where the water meets the sand. (Many properties on the island have seawalls or bulkheads). Our front yard is decorated with coconut palms, providing the perfect hammock spot! For more action on the beach, we offer beach volleyball, corn holes, bocce ball, and other beach games!
3. Pool: The private pool is the perfect place to cool off at the end of the day, sharing fishing, snorkeling, and dive stories with friends and family. Enjoy the view of the ocean from the row of built in pool bench seats.
4. Staff & Cook: Two full time caretakers live on site and offer daily cleaning and cooking services. (Cooking service is an additional fee). A true vacation begins when meals are prepared for you!!!
5. Two stand up paddle boards, one tandem kayak, one youth kayak, four bikes, snorkel gear and yoga mats are included with the house to explore San Pedro via land and sea!
***Please Note: If you are traveling with a minor without both legal parents or guardians, the airlines may ask for a notarized letter from the parent/guardian not accompanying the child that grants permission for the child to enter Belize.
*Covid 19 Update: Effective July 12, 2022, Belize has dropped all entry requirements related to COVID 19 and testing, vaccination, and mask wearing are all optional.

Our large family group enjoyed a wonderful 4 night stay at Stillwater Belize. Early communication with host Julie was prompt and helpful, and even with some logistical issues on our end, Pedro (wonderful property manager) made sure we were on track with transportation, check-in, orientation of the property upon arrival, and dinner (thank you Rosa). Stillwater offers a beautiful setting, swimming pool, yard games, beach view, and all the amenities needed (or wanted) for a memorable holiday. Highly Recommend!!

We could not have picked a more perfect place to stay for our family’s first international trip together. Still Waters was the ideal home base for our week in paradise.The views are absolutely breathtaking. We filled our days lounging by the pool, reading in hammocks and with unforgettable excursions. Swimming with sharks and turtles during our first-ever snorkeling adventure was a once-in-a-lifetime experience we’ll never forget.Beyond the adventures, the peace and beauty of Still Waters gave us a much-needed break from our hectic lives and the constant Seattle rain. It truly felt like a little slice of heaven. We loved the location - out of the bustle of San Pedro and a quicker access to northern gems.Pedro and Rosa’s hospitality was the cherry on top—they went above and beyond, helping us arrange golf carts, and book excursions seamlessly. Their warm welcome made us feel right at home. Pedro is truly a caretaker of the property, which extends out to the Public beach. He set out hammocks daily, kept us stocked with fresh towels and water.Julie was easy to communicate with and had great tips for us. The house is well appointed with attention to guest comfort. We booked for 7 nights and ended up booking an extra night - we didn't want to leave.Note there is endless garbage along the beach, a case-study for not using plastic, and lots of seaweed, so having a private pool was appreciated. Pedro kept Still Waters beach immaculate.We are dreaming of coming back!

Watching the sunrise each morning through the palm trees made it a trip to always remember. Pedro was awesome help, very friendly. Meals by Rosa great. Very relaxing and rememberable!!
