It was a glorious week! Emerald Beach Condo 's is our favorite place to stay. Condo was clean, well equipped and the manager was very responsive. Would love to visit again soon

We enjoyed our stay. The unit was nice with a few minor issues. The ice maker in the fridge doesn’t work and there is a very loud dehumidifier in the utility closet. The bed was very comfortable and the newly upgraded shower is fantastic. The ocean view was nothing short of amazing!

arrived to a dirty condo. Checkin is 4pm. we arrived @ 4:45 .Linens on floor ,beds unmade sand everywhere. cleaning staff were there withn 15 min of calling & took care of it promptly but we had to exit the condo for them to clean. The owner called & apologized but never asked if she could make it up.The condo decor was average, which is fine because its the beach.The view from living room balcony was SPECTACULAR !!! Our stay was great. Hotel was located centrally to dozens of restaurants, Souvenir shops & a 20 min walk to the pier & shopping area. i asked for a late checkout @ noon if it was possible, prior to our arrival. Owner communicated that checkout would be at 11. i asked if it could be between 11 & 12 and she said okay. We loaded 80% to carry to car at 11 but due to elevators needing repair it took up til 11:30 to get back to room and the code was changed so i couldnt get the rest of my stuff .Called the owner who reluctantly & seemingly annoyed that i called to get back in the condo reminding me adamantly that we were suppose to be out by 11, not remembering the communication about "between" 11 and 12 , nor the fact that our arrival was screwed up and our intial plans were delayed and altered.She stated she would call the hotel to check on the "elevator situation" which come across as though i was lying to her about it.I would stay here again but will need to remember to bring my own toilet paper.Some was there but not provided per owner/management.
