Perfectly situated along the Gulf Coast of Panama City Beach, this newly remodeled 22nd floor unit is your home away from home. This modern and spacious condo with high 10' ceiling is located at Ocean Reef, Panama City Beach's newer condominium development!
Unlike the larger, high-rise condos in Panama City Beach, low-density Ocean Reef is only 161 units, allowing its over 320 feet of sugar-sand beach frontage to be much less crowded than those of most high-rise Panama City Beach condos. In addition, this condo is located on the less crowded West end of the beach, ideal for couple's getaways.
Here, you can enjoy the luxury of a beachfront property, that is tucked away from the hustle and bustle but still within easy proximity to area attractions such as golf courses, a marine park Gulf World, a water park (Shipwreck Island) and the recently opened Pier Park shopping and dining complex including Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville, a new (16) theater multi-plex, Arron Bessant park and hundreds of unique stores and restaurants. It is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, washer and dryer to accommodate all your needs. The best feature of The Beach Front Oasis is the massive balcony that can be accessed from the open concept family room as well as the master suite. Here you can sit back and relax, with a margarita in hand, to watch the spectacular sunset along the legendary Emerald Coast.
*Admin charge of $75 is there to cover up to $1500 of property damage. Hence, I have waived mandatory property damage insurance / damage deposit.
*Please note that occupancy is limited to 6 total. Renters are required to be at least 25 years of age and the building does not cater to spring breakers. *

The view was stunning. The balcony was huge, with lots of high quality seating. The kitchen was fully equipped. We would love to return to this condo.

This condo is absolutely beautiful and I cannot say enough good things about it. It was very clean, very well stocked and offered anything you might need for a fabulous vacation! The balcony is the biggest amenity in our opinion as we spent all of our time there when not on the beach.The only downside is the elevator situation. During our stay one of the three elevators never worked. That leaves only two elevators for a 23 story condo. Those two elevators only worked sporadically, and there were two separate occasions that resulted in a visit from the fire department due to people being stuck inside. If the building management is not going to address the root cause of this issue then they need to have staff operating the elevators, minimally, during the hours of peak use. As this condo is on the 22nd floor it is not realistic that the guests are expected to use the stairs. The condo owner is a member of HOA board and indicated he would address this issue during the next meeting.
