Ocean Reef 606 is a two-bedroom, two-bath, condo located on the lowest floor of condos (6th floor) at Ocean Reef. Unit 606 is conveniently located only 10 steps from a short elevator ride and located on the same floor as the fitness and sauna rooms. Low floor condos have magnificent views of the beach, gulf, and pool area. From the 6th floor you can relax on the spacious, private, 10 x 27, balcony and enjoy a multitude of beautiful emerald coast views.
The living room includes a large sofa and love seat with two ottomans for comfortable and spacious seating. A large Toshiba flat-screen television is wall mounted for everyones enjoyment. The living room adjoins the balcony and includes balcony door with beautiful beach and gulf views.
The gulf-front master bedroom adjoins the balcony and includes separate balcony doors, king-size bed, and private ensuite bath with double vanity. Need to sleep more but want to still be able to enjoy your living room? The awesome guest bedroom offers two-full size beds with twin bunks on top. No need to use a sofa sleeper for the kids... Enjoy your living room, watch those late-night movies, utilize your balcony and condo while the kids sleep in the guest bedroom bunks.
The full kitchen includes stainless appliances, refrigeratior/freezer, microwave, combination stove top/oven, and dishwasher. All the conveniences of home have been provided including coffee maker, toaster, can opener, and all cookware, silverware, glasses, dishes, etc.
Want to eat in? The dining area includes a dining table that seats six and is adjacent to the kitchen breakfast bar with three bar stools. We have plenty of seating for those delicious home-cooked meals at the beach!
How convenient! A separate laundry room includes upgraded side-by side Samsung washer/dryer. This setup makes cleaning your beach and bath towels or favorite clothes a breeze! The laundry room includes a portable cart to assist you with your luggage, groceries, clothing, etc. Here for a sporting event? You'll be glad you have the upgraded washer and dryer.
The massive balcony is to die for. You'll not find a larger balcony to enjoy with a two bedroom condo. The 10 foot deep and 27 foot wide balcony is large enough to accommodate everyone. This balcony is an outdoor living area and makes you feel as if you are right on top of the beach. Relax and Enjoy! Nap while listening to the waves.
Ocean Reef Condominium offers 330 feet of wide beach (think football field), a large beach-front pool, and hot tub. An indoor pool (heated seasonally) is perfect for those rainy days. Like to workout? The fitness center and sauna is close by (same floor) but yet far enough away to not be disturbed by any noise.
Ocean Reef's location couldn't be better! Hungry for breakfast, lunch, or dinner? Just a short walk down the sidewalk or across the street you will find Runaway Island beach-front restaurant, donut shop, and diner/sandwhich shop. The area's best go-cart track and putt-putt course are just across the street and offers delicious ice-cream. Gift shops are also just a short walk away. The Gulf World dolphin show is only 1/2 mile down the street. Pier Park is just 1.5 miles away, you can see the pier from your balcony. Enjoy the fireworks during special occasions.

PARKING: One reserved, exclusive use, parking space (located under the building and close to your condo) makes parking a breeze! During the spring break and summer busy seasons, please travel in one vehicle if at all possible. One free parking pass will be provided. An additional vehicle parking pass costs $20. Overflow parking is available across the street on a first come, first serve, basis. If the overflow parking lot fills, a second space can not be guaranteed. All vehicles must display a parking pass on the dash or mirror.
BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: Occupancy Limit is no more than 6 guests in unit. You must be age 25 or older to book and you must be present at check-in and during the stay. Pets are not allowed and will result in removal from property. This is a NON-SMOKING resort, not even on the balcony. If you plan on smoking throughout your vacation, please book a different property. Smoking can result in removal from property and loss of deposit. Quiet hours are to be abided by, no loud music, no parties, no large gatherings permitted. You must respect your neighbors right to enjoyment of their balcony. Rental Property Manager will require a signed rental agreement, indicating your agreement to the rental terms, conditions, and rules. Rental Manager may require your ID for guest verification, local, legal, or building security reasons. The Rental Property Manager as well as building association staff are on-site to insure rules and terms are being followed.

We absolutely loved our stay here. It was close to everything. We could walk across the street to play mini-golf, get donuts and ice cream. We booked this place for the balcony which did not disappoint. There was plenty of seating for everyone. I only wish it had a fan because it can get stuffy with the humidity. My husband and I stayed here with our college age children and their friends. We very comfortably slept 6,cooked meals in the very well appointed kitchen, ate at the large dining table, and thoroughly enjoyed the beach and the view. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable as well.I really liked the covered parking too. That was a great perk and since the unit was on the first floor above the garage it was easy to walk up and down the stairs which leads me to my biggest complaint; the elevators. There were 3, 2 worked most of the time. They are hot and take forever so we had to climb 5 flights of stairs a lot but it did make me feel better about eating all the good food in the area. I almost forgot, the items included like the beach wagon, extra chairs, umbrella, and paper products made the trip even better! This was by far one of our favorite beach rentals and we would gladly stay here again! Thank you!

View from balcony perfect. The beach was visible, which I like. We were unable to use our parking space because we had a luggage carrier on top of car, but able to park in handicap space at entrance. Worked fine.

Amazing balcony! I could have sat out there 24/7. Beautiful condo. Great amenities including indoor and outdoor pools. Right in the beach. Walkable to several restaurants and activities for the kids right across the street. Will definitely be back!

This is our second year staying at the Ocean Reef. It is in a great location and the room we stayed in 606 was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed everything about the condominium except the elevator problems. Last year one elevator was down our whole trip and we managed it. This year there was only one elevator working for the majority of our trip. Every once in a while a second one would work but for the majority of the time it was one elevator for a twenty story building. This made it a very difficult process to use it especially on check in and out days. Luckily we were on the 6th floor and we used the stairs most of the time. The people on higher levels were not so lucky. As much as we enjoyed the location and everything else with our room and the condo we will not stay at the Ocean Reef again. At least not until the elevator situation is resolved.
