Our condo is a large 2 BR 2 bath unit on the 22nd floor. Huge ocean front balcony. Sleeps 6 in Beds. This unit features a Master Bedroom with King Size Bed and En-suite bathroom with balcony access, King Bed in 2nd Bedroom with attached bathroom along with a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
The total square footage of the unit is 1146 square foot with a 247 square foot large balcony. The furnishings are beautiful and the unit is tastefully decorated to enhance your vacation experience. The living room and both bedrooms have Flat Screen TVs..
Ocean Reef offers a Gulf-front outdoor and indoor pool, an outdoor hot tub, steam room, sauna, and Gulf-front exercise room along with a pool pavilion that features BBQ grills for you cooking enjoyment.
This is a 'NO SMOKING' unit except outside on balcony is permitted.

The balcony views were great. Saw manatees. Huge stingrays smaller stingrays. Lots of fish. Dolphins and the occasional shark. The sunsets were beautiful. The only problem with the balcony was the two lounge chairs pictured were not there. I thought when I reported this they would bring a couple up. The hot tub was out almost our entire stay. Reported to ask if they knew when it might be fixed. Kept getting different answers. These came from the rental company not VRBO was finally put in contact with a girl to talk to (not just email) after a second time contacting VRBO the girl basically just kept yelling. Saying she had been in contact with me.even that we had chatted (never happened. ) and that she had sent a message that she talked to the property owners and it should be fixed the next day. That would have been Thursday she sent the email after my second time contacting VRBO she was then yelling at me saying they were the rental company and I should only be coming to them with problems. That VRBO WAS JUST the ad company this ruined my night there. VRBO was the only one to listen to my concern. The hot tub was never opened during the rest of our stay. Being elderly I cant walk to the ocean the hot tub is one of the only things I could do. I realize this is not something they could predict but was not ok with the communication with the rental company and will certainly find a different one next time.
