Welcome to our spectacular Turtle Cove beachfront condo, #2033 at Emerald Beach Resort, one of the newest and most sought-after resorts on the beach! Step into our spacious beachfront unit, beautifully maintained & offering sleeping accommodations for 6 with a large King size bed in the master, twin over twin bunks in the hallway, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The full size kitchen offers granite countertops, updated appliances, and seating for 4 at the bar. The open living & dining area offers a large screen TV, dining table for 4, and access to a beautifully oversized balcony featuring a dining table & sofa where you can watch the sunset & listen to the ocean.
Minimum age to book is 25 years old.
Emerald Beach is a luxurious resort boasting incredible views and wonderful amenities, especially for kids & families. On top of this resort being walking distance to Pier Park, multiple popular restaurants, it also offers 4 swimming pools (2 heated), 2 hot tubs, a tiki bar, full service Starbucks, fitness center, and a 10,000 sqft convention center.
An additional $25 resort fee is included when making your reservation to cover the base resort fee for parking & resort access.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Lots of Beachfront Restaurants are within walking distance - Runaway Island, Sharkey's, Barefoot Beach Club, Salvatore's. And Pier Park is about a mile from the condo.
There is a ring doorbell mounted on the front of the door. There is also a water leak detection system installed throughout the condo.

The living room was much more spacious than the photos showed, and my kids absolutely loved the bunk beds in the hallway. It was very convenient to have one bathroom in the hallway and another inside the bedroom. The interior was incredibly clean, and all the kitchen supplies were well-maintained and spotless. Best of all, sitting on the balcony and listening to the sound of the ocean was so peaceful and wonderful. This is definitely a place we would love to come back to!

This condo exceeded all expectations! The ocean views were absolutely breathtaking and the location is within walking distance to restaurants and stores. The condo was spotless and fully stocked with everything we needed. Communication with the host was open and excellent. Highly recommend this property!
