About this apartment rental

Welcome to our Secret Hideaway! Bare feet are recommended but fun and relaxation are mandatory! The primary renter MUST be at least 25 years old and occupy the property. Maximum occupancy is SIX. We have 1,146 square feet, 2 bedrooms, a king-sized bed in the main and a queen-sized in the 2nd bedroom, and 2 full private baths with Chair Height toilets which seniors may appreciate. We ask that our guests please consider removing their shoes once inside. Also there is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Our unit is located DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH. The first five floors are used for garage parking. One of the best things about Ocean Reef is that covered parking is in the same building and is close to the high-speed elevators. At many condos you must park across the street and carry your bags to your condo. We encourage our cleaners to use sustainable products.
We do NOT charge an extra Wi-Fi fee.

Ocean Reef is a 162-unit, 23-floor property with five floors of private parking located in the same building. We are located at Panama City Beach's most sought-after west beaches. 330 feet of Private Beach Area. Panama City Beach has been named one of the top 3 beaches in the U.S. by TripAdvisor. Our 2-bedroom, Ocean Reef condo includes free Wi-Fi and a fully equipped kitchen in case you want to cook. We have high 10-foot ceilings and 8-foot doors. Only the 5 upper floors have this type of floor plan. There is a maximum occupancy of 6 people, per the state of Florida fire code. 3 high-speed elevators are just a few steps away from our Reserved Covered Beach Side Parking space. Extra parking is available across the street.
Keyless Entry! We provide an access door code for your convenience. Access will be at the tip of your fingers and there are no keys to misplace. Granite Countertops and Stainless-Steel Appliances. We offer both K-Cup and traditional drip coffee makers. This is a NO SMOKING, NO VAPING property. This includes the balcony, breezeway, garage, etc. Please don't ask if you can smoke on the balcony. It is not permitted, and the Homeowners Association could take action against you and it would be out of my control. Ocean Reef is very strict about this. It is also a NO PET unit. We offer FREE high-speed wireless internet. We have the Largest Gulf-front Balconies on the Beach. You will love the 293 sq. ft. balcony. It is as large as some hotel rooms, with access to the living room and main bedroom. Lounging and dining furniture create an outdoor living area suitable for relaxation and a breathtaking view of the sunset. Portable beach chairs are provided in the condo for you to use. The Homeowners Association has security cameras located throughout the parking garage and the elevators.

WHY SHOULD YOU CHOOSE OCEAN REEF?
1. Both the indoor pool and the outdoor pool are heated. Our unit has 10-foot ceilings that are only available on the top 5 floors. Keyless Entry. No 3rd party checks in/check out. Go straight to our unit. We are located right on the beach and there is a full view of the ocean from the main bedroom. Ocean Reef is all beachfront, 162 units, and located just moments away from the excitement and attractions that PCB. Ocean Reef is 1.5 miles away from Pier Park, PCB's newest entertainment destination with shops, restaurants, and movie theaters. It is only minutes from Golf and the Panama City Beach Recreational Complex. Sorry, trailers are not allowed to be parked here. We have ONE reserved parking space. Bringing more than one vehicle, especially in the busy season, will make it difficult to find parking. We don't offer beach service. We prefer to set up our own lightweight beach chairs closer to the ocean.

This is one of the newer Condominiums in PCB. Extra plush bedding and linens. Bath towels are furnished, not beach towels. The Main Bedroom exits from the Balcony. The Sofa Sleeper has been upgraded to a Memory Foam Mattress!
You will wake up to the gorgeous views of the sunrise in the morning and watch some breathtaking sunsets in the evening! Ocean Reef is Non-Smoking Non Vaping throughout the entire building. This includes the balcony, hallways, garage area, pool areas, and beach.
RENTERS MUST BE THE ACTUAL OCCUPANTS STAYING IN THE UNIT DURING THE ENTIRE RENTAL PERIOD. THE PRIMARY RENTER MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OLD.

I really enjoyed staying here. The condo was very clean and we had no issues. Communication with David was easy and he was very responsive. I would stay again.

My husband and I traveled with both of our grown children and son's fiancee. The view from the 20th floor balcony was incredible. We ate lunch from the balcony everyday. It was nice to have our own parking spot too. Bedrooms and bathroom were clean and roomy. Since we ate breakfast and lunch at condo, we had the essentials in the kitchen that we needed. Living room was comfortable with a big TV where we could wind down for the evening.Laundry room has many beach chairs, 2 noodles (which I used a lot) and a beach cart. I highly recommend if you do grocery shopping at Publix or Walmart, have beach cart in trunk of car so you can make ONE trip up the elevator with your groceries.The beach was very nice considering walking down the other condos that were massively huge, the beach was very crowded. We did not have that problem. Make sure to check out Pier Park. It's a 2-3 mile drive. Coconut ice cream (w/chocolate bits) at Kilwins was delicious. If we found it sooner, we might have done a boat ride over to Shell Island. For a morning or night activity, make sure to book Top Golf early if you are into that. It gets very busy there. The first place we ate dinner was walkable distance from condo. I highly recommend Runaway Island. Manager there is very attentive.Thank you David.
