This unit features a Master Bedroom with King Size Bed and En-suite bathroom with balcony access, King Bed in 2nd Bedroom with attached bathroom, Queen Bed in 3rd bedroom with attached Jack & Jill bathroom, Queen Bed in 4th bedroom, along with a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
The total square footage of the unit is 1600 Square Feet of Living Space with a 280 square foot large balcony. The furnishings are beautiful and the unit is tastefully decorated to enhance your vacation experience. The living room and all bedrooms have Flat Screen TVs..
Ocean Reef offers a Gulf-front outdoor and indoor pool, an outdoor hot tub, steam room, sauna, and Gulf-front exercise room along with a pool pavilion that features BBQ grills for you cooking enjoyment.
This is a 'NO SMOKING' unit except outside on balcony is permitted.

The condo its self was great. It had plenty of room and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots & pans. The location was great, but the property was lacking. out of 3 elevators only 1 was working and it wasn’t great. The elevator permit expired in August 2024.

Accommodations wonderful, thank you for hosting our family, we look forward to our next visit. The place was very clean, the kitchen well equipped, and spectacular views from the master bedroom and living room. Perfect for a family vacation.

A little disappointed in the property. Elevators were 35 to 40 minutes working, Dining table in unit was badly damaged, dryer did not work, no stoppers in tub. Called M maintenance 3 times. Finally got someone to come look, they replaced the tub stoppers still no dryer repair. He said he would have to order a new washer dryer unit. Baseboards in unit look really bad, we were told it was completely remodeled, it was only recently painted, two doors were cracked in the bedroom by the doorknobs. lock on the door to the condo didn't work half the time.
