The main beach with the pier and the ever-fascinating view of the sea is only a 150-meter walk away. Whether as a Rügen bathing vacationer, hiker or nature and culture lover - in this house with soul it can be wonderfully slowed down all year round! Right across the street, the newly created Kurpark "Friedensberg" with connection to the Baltic Sea terrace is waiting to give you a few hours of leisure and reflection.

Have you always wanted to feel almost like the princess in the tower room? Then we have just the right thing for you with the Ferienwohnung Yachtclub! Your vacation home is located on the mezzanine floor of Villa Odin, only around 150 meters from the main Sellin beach and promises you a beautiful view of Sellin's promenade, Wilhelmstrasse. The apartment is designed for 90 square meters of living space and three and a half rooms for up to five people. The spacious living, cooking and dining area impresses with cozy couch furniture, a large-format flat-screen TV, a stereo system and free WiFi with its well-equipped kitchen by MIELE. Thanks to the fridge / freezer combination, ceramic induction cooker, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster etc. you can cook yourself comfortably when you are not dining in one of the many good restaurants nearby. The dining table in the circular bay window offers enough space for a stylish family meal. You don't have to make any compromises when it comes to sleeping comfort either. The larger of the two bedrooms has an elegant double bed (180x200 cm), a second television and a spacious wardrobe. On the directly adjacent, closed veranda there is a separate single bed (100x200 cm). The small bedroom has another double bed (140x200 cm) with a wardrobe and has access to the covered west loggia with a view of Wilhelmstrasse. The stylish tiled bathroom of your apartment is equipped with a large floor-to-ceiling shower, vanity and toilet. An additional guest toilet ensures relaxed comfort. Of course, a reserved parking space also belongs to the apartment. Storage facilities for bicycles brought along are in the yard behind the house. Washing machines and dryers (coin operated devices) are available for common use in the basement of the house.
