Centrally located villa with holiday apartments, with a big garden, by the nature reserve

The detached villa was built in 1912 and was comprehensively renovated in 2003. The villa is about 200 metres from the beach in Sellin and the bridge (the thirteenth house from the bridge, going down Wilhelmstrasse). The front side of the villa faces Wilhelmstrasse, lined with summer linden trees, while the rear faces the nature reserve of the Granitz beech forests.

Each apartment is comfortably furnished and has a generous balcony or loggia. The apartments have fully-equipped kitchens and bathrooms, satellite TV and a radio. On arrival, fresh bed linen, towels and tea towels are already set out. There is gas central heating. The site is partially enclosed and in the front area there is a cherry laurel hedge, but which is not very high. On the other side there is a slope and the forest. Parking spaces are available for a fee, but must be booked in advance.

The location of the villa is very central. The beach is 200 metres away and the restaurants on Wilhelmstrasse from only around 20 metres away. Shopping facilities in the centre of Sellin are within easy walking distance (bakery 30 metres, newspapers 30 metres, supermarket 300 metres).

Owing to the very positive guest reviews in recent years, we are still offering a wellness special at the villa: a wellness voucher (worth 50 euros, per booking) for the five-star Roewers private hotel with an exclusive wellness area, opposite the villa. This applies to bookings from five nights between January and May.

The four-room holiday flat no. 13 with a size of 132 m² for up to six people with a possible extra bed for a baby is located on the third floor, faces the street and offers a very good view of the Baltic Sea and Lake Sellin.

A very special highlight is the large penthouse balcony with garden furniture. Enjoy the wonderful view. The sauna for two people in the flat should also not be forgotten.

You are greeted by a holiday flat with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living/kitchen area and a roof terrace. The first room is furnished with a double bed (1.80m x 2.00m), the second with two single beds (each 0.90m x 2.00m) and the third with a bunk bed. It is possible to add two more beds. The fully equipped kitchenette not only has an oven, hob and fridge, but also a toaster, kettle and dishwasher. This makes washing up easy. The bathroom has a bath/shower, WC, hairdryer and washbasin. A cot and high chair can be added free of charge on request. Of course, free WLAN is also available.

The villa is characterised by its historic spa-style façade, which has been renovated with great attention to detail, and the use of high-quality and ecological building materials (e.g. allergy-friendly colours and insulating materials).

There is also a communal sauna and a laundry room with coin-operated washing machine and tumble dryer on site.
