The 3-room Non smoking apartment "Strandgut" is located in 1. Floor and can be reached from the garage easily by elevator. The living area of the apartment is about 56 square meters and is suitable for 2 to 5 persons. The belonging to the apartment terrace (north / west orientation) has a beach chair, lounge furniture and barbecue and invites you to linger. The living room is equipped with a dining area (large wooden table with 5 seats), a tasteful living room furniture (high quality furniture) and a high-quality corner sofa with reclining function (1,00 m x 2,00 m) for 1 person and a large upholstered stool. The adjacent open kitchen area (Finnish marble tile mirror) includes high quality brand appliances (Miele, Constructa) such as a 4-ring ceramic hob, oven, extractor fan, fridge with *** freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, espresso machine "Dolce Gusto" and various kitchen utensils. Rounding out the living area with a LED flat screen TV, music system with CD player, DVD player and a games collection, books and DVDs, if the weather does not play along.
