The beautiful Bernstein vacation rental (67 square meters), located on the upper floor, offers you plenty of comfort for a relaxing vacation. It is equipped to accommodate up to 6 guests. You’ll find 1 large living room with a flat-screen TV, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 guest restroom, and 1 kitchenette, as well as Wi-Fi.

The stylishly furnished living area features comfortable seating, a modern flat-screen TV, and cabinets. There is also a dining table with chairs. Adjacent to this is the kitchenette, equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, range hood, electric kettle, toaster, and coffee maker. A fireplace in the living area provides cozy warmth during the colder months.

The first and second bedrooms each have a double bed with nightstands and reading lamps, as well as a closet. One bedroom also has a flat-screen TV. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, towel dryer, toilet, and sink. The sofa bed in the living room can be used to accommodate two additional guests. Upon your arrival, the beds will already be made with bed linens, and fresh towels will be waiting for you.

Off the living room on the upper floor is a beautiful, large balcony with patio furniture. When the weather is nice, a barbecue area in the garden also invites you to relax.



Welcome to the Baltic Sea resort of Sellin!

In our vacation home, newly built in 2006, we rent out a total of 3 lovingly and modernly furnished vacation apartments (approx. 35–67 square meters, 1 living room, 1–2 bedrooms, kitchenette, balcony, bathroom/shower/toilet, barbecue facilities, parking, Wi-Fi, max. 2–6 guests). The house is located in a central yet quiet area. The property features plenty of greenery, and guests can enjoy outdoor seating areas and a large lawn.

It’s only about 600 m from our place to the kilometer-long, fine-sand beach on the Baltic Sea. The beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Sellin, where our house is located, is part of the UNESCO Southeast Rügen Biosphere Reserve, featuring magnificent, unspoiled nature.

A short walk from the vacation home takes you to the famous Wilhelmstraße, Sellin’s main shopping and promenade with its magnificent historic villas and diverse array of restaurants and boutiques. At the end of Wilhelmstraße, a popular elevator takes you conveniently to the fine-sand main beach and the famous pier. The South Beach, a favorite among families, is also just a 15-minute walk away, or you can take the Bäderbahn (free with a spa pass).

The Ahoi water park, featuring a water slide and a large sauna area, is also just a few minutes’ walk away. Shopping options, a bakery, cafés, and restaurants are also in the immediate vicinity.

Upon your arrival, the beds will already be made with linens, and fresh towels will be waiting for you. Pets are not allowed in any of the three vacation rentals. You can find more details about the amenities of the vacation rentals in the “Description” section.

Rental bikes can be delivered directly to the property upon request. Bicycles can be parked in the bike rack in the garden or stored in the open shed. The vacation home also includes free parking spaces on the property. The public transit bus stop is approximately 50 meters away.



Check-in is possible from 3:00 to 20:00, and check-out is from 07:00 to 10:00.
