A nice place!

It was all really good. We came by public transport so it really helped that the bus stop was right there. Well-equipped and cheery, no hassle and good location! The owner was also friendly.

A minor thing, it would have been nice if the price of sheets was automatically included in the booking.

Nice, but not comfortable unfortunately

Spacious flat, good location, helpful staff kept in touch with us even though we didn't meet face to face, nice balcony. We didn't use the TV facilities, but it looked good, as did the games compendium.

Weak shower pressure, very uncomfortable beds, no basics (oil, salt, pepper) in the kitchen. They need to make it more clear that they charge a LOT extra for linens and there is a charge to use the washing machine

Es war ok. Ob wir noch mal buchen würden? Eher nicht.

Die Lage war sehr gut und die Wohnung war wirklich groß. Die Küche war ausreichend bestückt und konnte gut benutzt werden. Geschirr/Besteck war ausreichend vorhanden. Bemängeln lässt sich höchstens das Sammelsurium der Gläser. Internet war gut vorhanden und der Fernseher war vollkommen in Ordnung. Die Betten waren gut.

Die Sauberkeit war wirklich schlecht. Überall hingen Spinnenweben und große Spinnen an der Decke. Die Böden waren nicht richtig sauber. Wir haben etliche Wollmäuse gefunden und auf den Fensterbänken lagen tote Fliegen. Die Spülmaschine war noch voll und nicht ausgeräumt. Die Bettlaken hatte löcher und könnten auch mal erneuert werden. Die Möbel sind stark abgewohnt. Die Polster des Sofas rutschen immer runter, wobei unser Kind auch vom Sofa gefallen ist. Dazu ist das Laminat in den Schlafzimmer stark beschädigt. Da Mücken auf Rügen immer ein Thema sind, hätte ich mir gewünscht, dass wenigsten immer ein Fenster in den Räumen mit einem Fliegengitter versehen wäre. So hätte man mal entspannt lüften können, ohne eine Mückenplage fürchten zu müssen. Dies war leider nicht der Fall. Um das Zimmer zu wechseln muss man immer über einen großen Flur gehen. Dieser endet dann in ein Treppenhaus. Da wir ein Kleinkind dabei hatten, musste wir immer höllisch aufpassen, dass uns das Kind nicht die Treppe runterfällt. Hier wäre eine zusätzliche Tür wünschenswert. Dies würde für Sicherheit und auch für Gemütlichkeit sorgen. Insgesammt fanden wir die Éinrichtung lieblos und ungemütlich. Man bekommt den Eindruck, dass man das maximum aus der Vermietung rausholen will, aber nichts investieren möchte. Die Beschreibung der Wohnung könnte man besser machen. Z.B. war mir bei der Buchung nicht klar, dass wir im 2. OG sein werden und das doch einiges an Stufen bewältigt werden muss. Für Ältere oder Familien mit Kinderwagen nicht ganz unrelevant. Auch die Zufahrt zur Wohung und die Schlüsselübergabe könnten man per Mail versenden. In unserem Fall hat der Vermieter zwei Tage vor Anfahrt sich telefonisch gemeldet und ich musste mir alles per Hand aufschreiben. Dies könnte einfacher und besser laufen, auch wenn der telefonische Kontakt sehr nett war.

Eine super Bewertung

Es ist eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Sehr schön war auch, das es noch extra eine Zweite Toilette gab. Die Betten in den Zimmern sind sehr bequem zum Schlafen. Am besten war, das Wohnzimmer mit der offenen Küche und der schöne lange Balkon, wo auch ein Grill stand zum grillen, das hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Und das man den Herrn Engel jeder Zeit anrufen kann und er immer ein offenes Ohr hat für Fragen. Und wir werden auf jeden Fall in 2 Jahren wieder kommen.

Große Wohnung mit toller Lage - gerne wieder

Große Wohnung, sehr gute Ausstattung, riesiger Balkon, tolle Lage mit Nähe zum Meer, zu Bus und Bahn und zum Bäcker Der Eigentümer ist sehr freundlich, gut zu erreichen und lösungsorientiert.

Viele Stufen bis zur Wohnung, was für einen Hund eher ungünstig ist. Ein Brötchenkorb wäre noch toll gewesen :-)

Schöne, helle Wohnung mit viel Platz und zentraler Lage.

Die Wohnung ist hell und freundlich eingerichtet. Sie bietet viel Platz und liegt sehr zentral. Es gibt sogar eine Bushaltestelle vor der Haustür sowie einen großen Balkon.

Die Matratzen sind leider nicht gut, Das Gästebett müsste einmal komplett ersetzt werden, da die Matratze dünn und durchgelegen ist. Dusche und Wanne laufen nicht ab. Wasserdruck ist kaum vorhanden. Das Schlafzimmer ist zu kalt eingestellt.
