The Non smoking apartment with about 41 m² is characterized by its comfortable layout. The in. 1 Floor located apartment no. 11 provides enough space for 2 to 4 adults + 1 infant up to 3 years in cot. In the living area, the entertainment technology through board games, a modern 42-inch LCD TV, mini-stereo system and Blu-Ray player is completed. Even on holiday you have to do without an Internet connection (Wi-Fi). This is included for you. For the comfort of the living area with solid furniture, floor lamp, armchair and a sofa bed (extra bed for 3-4 was. Person, 1.90 m x 1.40 m) equipped. The cabin layout and spacious balcony (south) with a parasol you can reach from the living area. The panoramic views of the lake Sellin invites a glass of wine to relax. The initial equipment of a linen package (complete bed linen, 1 towel, 2 small towels) you can book up to 14 days before arrival for 15.00 € per person or supplement by own. For packages booked for 2 or more you will receive 1 dish towel and 1 shower mat once.
Our 2 cottages are located on the outskirts of Sellin, in the immediate vicinity of Lake Sellin. The total of 11 spacious apartments are decorated with attention to detail. To end a warm summer day with a leisurely barbecue, who does not like that? All apartments have a sun terrace or balcony. And if that is not enough, the stands on the spacious grounds (with a size of about 2 500m²), a barbecue area with gazebo zurfreien available. For our younger guests a small playground to run and play is available. Swings, climbing, sliding - as also our little guests feel comfortable. Numerous nature reserves, endloseSandstrände, cliffs, chalk cliffs, picturesque fishing villages, green forests and meadows, you can explore on foot, by car or by bike. The stop of the madman Rolande can be reached by foot comfortably in less than 15min.
