Residenza Il Conte Rosso

The apartment is spacious and comfortable, with beautiful high ceilings, a fully equipped kitchen and a generous bathroom, making it particularly well suited to a longer stay. The location is excellent—within easy walking distance of everything in central Florence, while being away from the busiest tourist crowds.

The only downside was the traffic noise at night, which can be disruptive, particularly for light sleepers. Improved sound insulation would make a significant difference.

I liked the view of the big tree on the Piazza in front of the house. The property is stylish on the inside.

The owner did not warn us in advance about the building process outside in the street. The city is upgrading the tram system. Builders started every morning @ 5:45 with a cement mixer and then they cut big cement tiles with a grinder all day long. The noise was unbearable. The owner never provided clean sheets or towels. They only have 1 set of linen in the house. There is a lovely small washing machine in the kitchen. You can wash 1 sheet at a time and then you have to hang it on the kitchen table to dry. There is a small drying rack for clothes. Not big enough for linen. My husband worked in the house everyday while we were in Florence and had to endure the tile cutting all day and washing on the kitchen table in the open plan house.

Foarte aproape de centru, parcare privata.

Appartamento pulito e accessoriato.
