Very nice and clean room with a comfortable bed and not much apart from it. A little kettle and TV are a nice bonus. The bathroom is shared, but it's not busy. Very clean as well, and the water is hot. Food stores and a bus stop are one minute away (plus plenty of rentable e-scooters and bicycles). Easy and flexible check-in. Perfect for a short stay. I'll be happy to stay here again.
Note that the street outside is noisy (cars passing), but the windows do a decent job of noise insulation if you keep them shut. No complaints from me, just something to note for any light sleepers.

The room was very well decorated, the shower had good pressure and hot water. Towels clean The host was super friendly and helpful. Location was great Great pub a couple of doors down
The mattress was dirty. The tea and coffee cups had not been cleaned. Despite being advertised multiple times as soundproof it was anything but, being on the first floor next to a bus stop I was happy to read it was soundproof but with every window fully locked shut the noise outside and throughout the facilities was very loud. Definitely experienced worse but it was a let down.
