first off there is no 24h reception like it says here, just a number to call. when i arrived there were already 3 other people at the desk saying they had called the number and got no response. couldn't use the TV as there was no remote. everything in the tin felt like it was about to fall apart (pulling my charger from the socket made the whole headboard panel fell like it was going to come off for example). in the morning went to use the shower but it did not work. That would probably explain the bath being full of giant spiders and cobwebs. nobody on reception again so had to use the sink and leave without seeing anyone.
Probably the worst hotel i have ever stayed in.

Not good. A lot of mould everywhere, terrible smell, dirty carpets and towels, wood lice on the floor, bin in the room hadn’t been changed, and I booked breakfast via Agoda but they don’t do breakfast.

Very small room. Blood stain on duvet, dust and black mould under widow, wallpaper peeling and outside windowsill had been used as an ash tray. Broken kettle. No one on reception had to ring a Mobil number to get access.
