This place is really good inside. Ample shower, nice kitchen, full refrigerator, stocked with silverware, plate wear, and crockery. Coffee machine, great air conditioner and washing machine. And the bed was comfortable. Size of shower and comfort of bed cannot be taken for granted in Italy. Some showers are tiny and some landlords go cheap on bed quality. This place was fantastic on both.

To no fault of the owner, the new Bar Papillon just opened directly below. That place and That's Amore play loud music until late. If anyone stays there, I recommend foam earplugs for sleeping as well as closing the bedroom door. You *must* close the bedroom door at night when you sleep. It will mute a lot of the music/noise. The only reason I didnt rate the location as good or great is because of the noise. It is in the HEART of Centro Storico, so the location is actually perfect. Its just the noise. But, again, that is no fault of the owner. And he was very very kind! Available via WhatsApp and phone call with *immediate* responses. He is trustworthy and accomodating. I recommend this place Sunday thru Thursday as the music is not loud. Over the weekends, I recommend it for folks who stay up late and who like to party.
