Ocho Cinco is a beautiful, upscale home just 528 feet from the San Juan Beach Access. With 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths, Ocho Cinco was built in 2018, will sleep up to 12 guests and offers 3,612sf of indoor and outdoor porch living (2,876 interior sf). Private heated 10x20 pool (saltwater - heating fee applies). Designed for multi-families with room to spread out, Ocho Cinco is an amazing vacation home you need to experience! Easy walk to beach, quiet neighborhood street, fenced yard, modern design...still feels and looks brand new!

After a day of playing on the beach, or lounging poolside, why not utilize your Beach Gear credit to rent a bike and enjoy a leisurely, 1.5-mile ride along the Timpoochee Trail into Seaside. Here enjoy the delectable delights along Air Stream Row, sunset cocktails overlooking the beach at Bud and Alleys, a free concert or movie at the Amphitheater, exploring the neighborhood architecture, and shopping for local sundries in one of the quaint boutiques and art galleries along the Town Center and Ruskin Place.

Please NOTE - if you wish to add pool heating to your stay, the additional fee is $60 per night + tax and must be arranged directly with Grayt 30A Vacations no later than 7-nights/1 week prior to arrival. It is not recommended to heat the pool in colder weather, as heaters will not be able to heat to the desired setting as ambient temperatures fall below 50 degrees.
