From the moment you arrive, Cote D'Azur welcomes you with bright, beautifully designed interiors and a relaxed coastal atmosphere.
First Floor
The main level features a spacious open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area designed for gathering. Natural light fills the space, creating an inviting setting for everything from quiet mornings with coffee to family dinners after a day at the beach.
The gourmet kitchen is a centerpiece of the home, featuring high-end appliances, stone countertops, custom cabinetry, and plenty of room for preparing meals for the entire group.

My family throughly enjoyed our stay at this property and was thankful for the heated pool as it was cold during our stay. Great home for large parties/families. The golf cart was a nice touch and made getting to the beach easy. They even made sure that an electronic that was left behind was shipped to our home.

The home is close to Seaside, maybe 5 blocks out. Close to the beach and private.
The manager of the home was fantastic, they really went out of their way to make us feel welcome.
Home was exceptionally well furnished. The owners really went to great lengths to anticipate any guest needs.
Pool, wonderful, firepit, wonderful, and loved the golf cart to get back and forth to the beach
Highest recommendations possible.

We rented this property for a girls trip in October 2025. It was perfect for our group and well appointed. When we reached out to the management company about a minor issue they were very quick to respond and resolve the issue, The golf cart is great for the short trip to the beach. I would highly recommend this property.
