Welcome to the Seezeichen holiday home in Wasserburg on Lake Constance. Under the roof of our energy efficiency house, which was completed in 2016, you will find 7 spacious, modern apartments with living areas between 40 and 80 square meters. These all have a balcony or terrace with lake or mountain views, bathrooms with daylight, fitted kitchens with dishwashers, microwaves, ovens and ceramic hobs. Washer and dryer are available for free use. We also offer clear, free parking spaces and a lockable bike box with charging options for e-bikes. With our own power generation and solar thermal water heating with heating support, we can operate our house in an environmentally conscious and resource-saving manner. You will find us on the outskirts of Wasserburg, just a few steps from the publicly accessible shore of Lake Constance and the outdoor pool, surrounded by fruit trees. We look forward to welcoming you as our guests soon.
Our "smallest", 2-room non-smoking apartment "Eschbach" is on the ground floor and has a terrace with 14 square meters. On about 40 square meters, we offer you an open living-dining area with fitted kitchen, a bedroom with a 160 × 200 cm bed and a bathroom with a spacious shower. The sofa in the living area can be folded into a bed with a separate mattress 120 × 200 cm. 2 TV sets, Bose sound compact system, oiled wooden parquet floors and individual carpenter furniture give the "little one" its charm.
