My family had a wonderful time, the condo was clean and in a great location. We enjoyed the playing and surfing at the beach, swimming at the pool, and our favorite ice cream every evening at Ice cream Hut right up the road.

We visited Cocoa Beach with our son and his family to celebrate our granddaughter’s birthday and to take our grands to the Space Center. Found this unit through VRBO. Pictures looked good and reviews seemed ok so we booked it. Checking in was a breeze. Once we got inside we noticed how dirty the carpets were. I’m not talking about sand, I’m talking about filthy and needing to be replaced! We put one of the rugs for the master bath in the closet it was so bad I didn’t even want to walk on it. The tile grout in both bathrooms needs a good scrub or complete replacement. Very outdated. (I took pictures but guess I can’t post here) Dust on shelves and baseboards throughout. Towels are old and need replaced. Toilet in main bathroom is loose and you need to be careful. I noticed this was mentioned in a previous post so must not be a concern for the owners or managers. We couldn’t get the TV to work. Finally got Netflix but no regular channels. Called the contact given to us, Lisa said ‘oh I don’t have any idea how to work the tv you’re going to have to call the local cable company!’ Some help she was. We tried calling the cable company for hours and could never get an answer. The TVs In the bedrooms only had blu-Ray. Have you ever had grandchildren not want to watch tv? We will not be going back to this unit.
