No music or unreasonable noises between those hours. No exceptions.
•• We do allow pets with responsible owners, there is a $40.00 fee per stay•• Wilmington hosts multiple attractions, including:
• Whiteface mountain ski center is only a short drive of approximately 5 minutes from the cottage

• Mountain biking trails for all levels of ability. Wilmington has some of the best mountain biking in the area, including the Hardy Road and Flume Trails which continue to expand and challenge. The “PMD” or Poor Man’s Down-Hill is a fast down-hill trail.

• World class fly fishing and catch-and-release fishing along the Ausable River. Wilmington is home to multiple local fishing stores providing supplies and local guide service as needed.

• Driving to the summit of Whiteface Mountain along the Veteran’s Memorial Highway and enjoying breathtaking views of the Adirondacks and Lake Placid

• Family entertainment where it’s Christmas all year at the North Pole and Santa’s Workshop.

• Hiking paths with scenic waterfall overlooks at High Falls Gorge.

• Opportunities to learn more about native Adirondack animals, including owls, bears, and wolves at the Wildlife Refuge.

The town of Wilmington’s water supply comes from high on Whiteface mountain and then through a state of the art filtration system. The end result is cool, refreshing water without the bottle.

Lake Placid, and all it has to offer, is only a short 25 minute scenic drive.

After a day out and about, return to the cottage to enjoy its private rear deck and luxurious amenities. A new rustic private outside shower which has hot and cold water is available for seasonal use (May-October), perfect for rinsing off following a day of biking, hiking, or sightseeing. The newly constructed deck hosts a spacious six-person hot tub for your enjoyment. Prepare and enjoy dinner for family and friends with the provided propane gas grill and ample patio furniture.

The tasteful interior design of this two bedroom, one bath cottage mixes the unique elements of the Adirondacks with modern day living. A well equipped kitchen with most common cooking utensils and adequate room for meal preparation, featuring a breakfast nook and real, live-edge wood bar, leads into the living room where you can continue the experience with a wood burning fire place and smart TV. Plenty of seating for all family and friends surrounds the area allowing for a wonderful night in.

The house offers a variety of sleeping accommodations. The master bedroom is equipped with a Queen sized bed, the second bedroom has rustic bunk beds, and the couch in the living room pulls out as to a full size bed. There is plenty of room to ensure a good night’s rest for all.

Convenience store, gas station and local restaurants all within 1 mile of the cottage.

We have dogs of our own. We understand the importance of bringing your pet along, so the property is dog friendly. Please be courteous and clean up after your pet.
All pets must be leashed when outside ,Wilmington has a leash law and it must be adhered to for the safety and consideration of our neighbors
If you plan on bringing your dog please let us know so we can advise you of our house rules for dogs.
