This beautifully furnished second level condominium in desirable Kingston Plantation offers unparalleled views of the sparkling blue Atlantic Ocean from every room and all four balconies. Decorated with comfortable and up-market furnishings throughout, this beautiful condominium has been meticulously cared for and maintained and provides first class accommodations for our most discriminating guests who insist on only the best.
With over 1,250 square feet of luxury living space, our guests will have plenty of room to relax and enjoy their much deserved time off. This marvelous condo features tiled flooring throughout, granite countertops, upscale appliances, a full laundry room, three TV’s and a DVD player. Of course, we have complimentary wireless Internet and free parking just a short distance from your front door. No big across the street parking garages to deal with! And the wonderful South Hampton pool is just steps from the villa!
There are two fantastic bedroom suites, one with an exquisite king size bed, sitting area, oceanfront private furnished balcony, dresser, TV, large closet, and a private bath suite with double sinks and storage. An oasis after a long fun filled day!
The second evening retreat features two gorgeous queen size beds, sitting area, dresser, TV and another private oceanfront furnished balcony. The second full bath is nearby and convenient to the double queen suite and guests dropping by. The custom window treatments have black out linings throughout so you can sleep late!
The main living area is welcoming with its handsome leather sofa, love seat and additional occasional chairs. The sofa easily pulls out to create a soft queen bed if you need more sleeping space. Let us know if you need our Sleeper Sofa Package brought in for $25. Every room is surrounded with lovely décor and eye-catching appointments. Guests may enjoy dining on one of the private balconies or in the lovely dining room, with enjoyable seating for four, both with outstanding views. A casual dining area for three faces the kitchen and is open to the great room. Everyone can join in the conversations and fun. The gourmet kitchen, always a pleasant surprise for the chef, is well stocked with lovely dishes, serving pieces, glassware, cutlery and every appliance needed to prepare a scrumptious meal at this wonderful vacation paradise.
A complete laundry room in centrally located in the condo and we furnish the laundry supplies! No need to take home dirty clothes after your picture perfect vacation here in paradise. The unit was beautiful. Had beautiful views of the ocean was easy to get in and out of and easy to get to the beach and the pool. We had everything we needed in there. The bed was comfortable the decorations were very nice. I felt safe there and I would go back again

The place was decorated beautifully and was updated. It was clean and in a perfect location. We are so pleased!

There were some minor issues, some of which were addressed during our stay. The property Manager Christine was very helpful and took the time to address the minor issues and put a work order in for the missing handles on the sliding glass doors. The doors are extremely hard to open or close without handles as they are heavy, and the bottom hinges had not been oiled recently. Overall, it was good enough. Christine was awesome and easy to work with.
