About this apartment rental
Welcome to our two bedroom ocean front condo. Out condo has 1400 square feet inside, with 300 more square feet of private balcony space. The bedrooms each have a private balcony opening up either directly to the Atlantic Ocean or with ocean view. There are two additional balconies, one more ocean front and one ocean view accessed from the family room. Staying here you are just a short elevator ride, or two flights of stairs from the boardwalk to the beach at this beautiful gated community.
The master suite has a king size bed, office desk and chair, smart TV, closet and private bathroom with a double vanity. The master bedroom has a private ocean front balcony that is a great place to sit and relax with a cup of coffee in the morning or a relaxing afternoon refreshment.
The second bedroom has two queen size beds and a private balcony with views of the Atlantic and one of the buildings pools. The second bedroom has a TV for the kids or travel companions to watch something as they unwind at night.
The condo has a full kitchen and breakfast area. The kitchen has a single oven with cooktop and a microwave over the cooktop. there is a toaster and coffee maker out on the counter, and a blender, hand mixer and pots and pans in the cupboard.
The sitting room has two additional balconies, one ocean front and one ocean view. The sitting room has two padded armchairs and a queen size sleeper sofa for one or two people to sleep. The sitting room has a TV and throw blankets to cozy up in the evening.
The unit also has a full size, stacked washer and dryer available for guests use in the front hallway. We hope you choose to enjoy your time in Myrtle Beach in our home away from home.

This place is PERFECT! We had 2 adults plus 5 teens and there was more than enough room, it’s super spacious. Everything was very clean, the pool was amazing and the ocean is literally like a 3 minute walk from the room. We will absolutely stay here again.

Easiest walk to the beach from a condo that we have ever had! This condo is more beautiful in person than the pictures in the listing. Condo was super clean, very spacious, and the best location. It is located inside and amazing resort. Phil was super quick to answer any question I had. We will definitely be staying here again in the future, Book the condo, you will not be disappointed.

We found our unit spotless and well furnished. We immediately felt at home. All of the furnishings were in great shape and very comfortable. The beds were to our liking and we slept great while we were there. The unit was very spacious. We had our 7 yr old grandson along and there were plenty of games and activities that had been furnished by the owner to keep him busy. I had a couple of questions before we arrived and the owner was quick to reply. The 2nd floor ocean front view was perfect. Our only complaint was the weather. That and Painter’s ice cream was closed Overall, I would absolutely rent this unit again.
