The condo was very comfortable and spacious, perfect for families or couples traveling together. Fantastic panoramic views of the ocean. We watched the sunrise from bed one morning. Better sheets on the bed would make it even be.

Condo was perfect. Great views of ocean. Love the wrap around porches. Very convenient to the trash disposal and elevator to parking.

NICELY REMODELED PROPERTY. CONDITION OF BUILDING IS QUESTIONABLE. Permanent residents knock on your door telling you not to place dirty towels in front of your door as we were told to do by the people who do the towel pickup. Upon leaving Residents open their doors to watch you leave. I feel sorry for the owner of this property as they have invested a lot in remodeling but the rest of the building permanent residents do not encourage rentals. Also the directions given by property manager did not work and our GPS took us 1 hour away and we ended up in Surfside beach. Quite an experience!
