Beautiful ocean views from this 3 Br / 3 Ba condo on the 14th floor of South Hampton, located in Kingston. The main bedroom suite has a king bed, ensuite bathroom. The other 2 bedroom have 2 queen beds (each). This condo has been renovated with new flooring, new furniture, and new artwork. It has an open floor plan with coastal furnishings and artwork that will remind you day and night that you have arrived at the beach. It features two private balconies, free parking, and free high speed WiFi (400 Mbps).
***Please be advised of the South Hamptons corridor remodeling project is scheduled to start on Monday, October 5th, and is expected to take approximately 7 months to complete.
Work will begin on floors 1 and 2, then proceed to floors 16 and 15, continuing downward two floors at a time***
South Hampton Tower is an oceanfront 16 story high rise building located in Kingston Resort. The 24/7 gated entrance provides safety and security in this family friendly environment.
