Great rooftop and friendly staff

Shower was occasionally cold, tours more expensive through hostel than with external provider

This was a very nice hostel, very close to Plaza Belén and Plaza de Armas. There were two big supermarkets nearby. The breakfast was very nice and served on the rooftop, which was amazing, with beautiful views of the Cordillera Blanca. There was also a kitchen you could use from after breakfast until the evening, and a very nice common area. It’s the kind of shared space with a kitchen that really helps people connect. You can book tours directly through the hostel and they will pick you up right there. Our room was very nice, the bathroom was clean, and there was plenty of storage.

Breakfast was not always served from 7:30, but the guy in the hostel was pretty much doing everything there so it’s understandable

Location and help with booking tours and taxi to the airport

Communication once I had booked I messaged through this platform and what’s app to possible check in early with no reply from either. We arrived at 5,20 am and were locked out. Finally I rang and he showed us a lounge and said check in 12pm. Once we were checked in he was lovely.
