Hot water for drinking and for showering was available 24 hr. Good price for solo travelers who want to stay in a quiet single room. The host Ana herself also runs a travel agency that helps with employment of local women, and she can help travelers with planning day trips and transportation.
The single room and the restroom were somehow small, so I had to squeeze myself to use the toilet.

Our bus unexpectedly arrived very early in the morning and I messaged the B&B on WhatsApp and they let us check in early and catch up on sleep right away. The beds are very comfortable, we didn't hear any noise from the street from our room. The toilets/showers are clean and have hot water at all times. There is a roof terrace where breakfast is served (they helpfully accommodated us with a vegetarian diet). The staff are all very friendly and it feels like a family run business. It is a 10-15 minute walk from the main part of town but there are multiple cafes etc less than 5 minutes walk from the B&B. The WiFi was good too.
