Fairview House

Absolutely fantastic location and view of Dartmouth Harbour. If walking, it is fairly strenuous uphill with many steps to climb. It takes about 10 minutes to walk down to the harbour and 20 minutes back up.

The house is full of technology. The central heating has a mind of its own but worked well. The downside for us was the main shower is operated by a remote control, which didn't work for some of the visit. However, the managing agents came out promptly to fix it. The internet went down on our last two days, this was mildly irritating. But the house had playing cards and games which we played and made the most of the "down time".

Great location for exploring the area (although a very steep climb up from the town ) . Beautiful views, a great garden and comfortable beds.

Nothing to dislike really lovely property
