Iron and ironing board were missing. A little attention to the guest is not superfluous - coffee, sugar, tea. There was no ice There was no freezer to make ice. There is no place to hang a towel to dry. An elemental hanger for outerwear is needed. There is no nearby cafe, restaurant. It is far from the metro station, 18-20 min. The fact that there was a visit from the host or a cleaner, who had fixed only one duvet out of three without throwing out a bathroom basket, left an unpleasant impression. something else Obviously to check how the property was rented Bad taste.
