Very fresh and clean, nicely designed, nig enough, lovely and safe neighbourhood. Local market, supermartkets , cafes and restaurants are close by. Well connected to the local public transport.
If outside temperatures are high it's getting hot there since location in the building is right under the roof and the kitchen" large window has no shade. No elevator , although its said to be on the 1st floor you have to climb with luggage 3 (or minimum 2) stairs flys
