Do not recommend and would not stay again

Got a call from reception at midnight waking us up telling us we had to pay another 600 pesos to stay as he believed we needed to check out at midnight. Five minutes later the guy tells us that actually we had paid for the duration of our stay to check out as normal in the morning and never mind. If he simply checked his computer system and read our booking details he could have figured this out on his own without disturbing our sleep

Everything clean 🧼

During the night the staff were taking so loud and playing music on their phones. I did call main office to reported, but still the staff continue with their conversation until 2 am. That was the only thing I did like :(

Very good

Friendly staff. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Bathroom was very clean and shower had great hot water. Great value for amenities provided. Only needed one night at the hotel due to taking bus from Terminal Poniente the following morning. Hotel is near Tacubaya Metro station and very easy to connect to Observatorio Metro station to get to buses.

Surrounding neighborhood felt very rundown so Hotel Lirio's upscale accommodations didn't match.

Pleasant

Fresh building and interior of a room (if we are talking about Mexico :). Not far away from metro station. Nice personal.

No air conditioner, road is next to the building, and it is impossible to sleap at night because of loud cars. It seems that the hotel is used for "+18 purposes." We have heard it every night. The bed is small for two average Europeans. Internet is weak sometimes. Terrible surrounding, not the best region. There are only two electicity sockets - one near to bed and one in the bathroom.

Superb

Hotel looked just like the pictures.

The surroundings of the hotel was bad. It felt unsafe. There is a park right around the corner that you can see people sleeping on the street. I choose not to walk outside the hotel. Hotel seem to be used as a motel to beat that thing up. No noise while i stayed there. Price was good and facilities where good. But the Surrounding area just sucked. Good if you wanna save money and if you have a vehicle you will be fine.

Unplesant for more than one night

IT woould be ok for night but we stayed the 4 nights and the problems made it an unpleasant stay. The staff was trying to be helpful when we tried to communicate in English. Location is close to metro.

Trying to contact hotel before coming was impossible. On chat they answered with a default copy paste message on every question and on telephone nobody spoke english. Moreover when we have arrived to the hotel they couldn't find our reservation. The room was small, it had one small window to inside the building so it was hard to leg fresh air to the room. The pillows were uncomfortable. And the walls were thin as we heard sounds from other rooms especially loudly during night.

Bastante cómodo y muy agradable

Todo excelente, muy limpio, cómodo y fácil de llegar, las almohadas y la cama bastante cómodas, honestamente pensamos que habría mucho ruido y todo lo contrario, casi nada Te regalan agua y tapones para los oídos, agua caliente todo el tiempo

No tengo queja alguna. Solo no había chapa en la puerta del baño pero se podía cerrar bien ya que era corrediza.

Buen lugar para pasar la noche si vienes a un concierto al auditorio nacional.

Bien ubicado, muy cerca del Auditorio Nacional y opciones de comida a la vuelta de la esquina.

Algunas partes del hotel incluyendo habitaciones tienen mucho olor a cigarro, fuera de eso todo muy limpio.

- habiendo disponibilidad, me dejaron entrar a la habitación desde las 10 de la mañana - el personal fue muy amable y atendió mis necesidades, me guardaron mis cosas mientras me iba a tour. - está cerca de la central poniente, cerca del bosque de Chapultepec, cerca de la plaza de toros México, que eran mis 3 lugares a visitar en mi viaje

No me gustó nada

Que nos dio alergia, con las almohadas o sábanas, mucho ruido, el personal de limpieza a las 5-6 am estaba en pasillo trabajando y hablando en voz fuerte, nos despertaron.
