Excellent value stay

Large room and bathroom. King bed. A/C. Two working areas and good wifi. Free parking.

Could use more lighting over the sink. The area immediately around the hotel varies quite a bit. Some streets have nice shops and restaurants, while others are a bit rougher.

Good value for money

The room is spacious, with a big bed and a big TV. There's plenty of space for luggage and the shower works really well.

Just one small inconvenience: if you want to pay for the restaurant room service with a card, you have to go down to the restaurant and order there; you can't do it over the phone.

Many red flags

Cutely decorated, good price, hot tub (though was more like a bath), clean room

Manager wouldn't let me accept an Uber eats (presumably since they have their own restaurant) order so I never got my food. They had to take my ID in order to get the TV remote which didn't make sense. Then I read that there was a mass kidnapping and extortion there during COVID. Also, the room I got had another small balcony area attached that was locked that overlooked the hotel entrance, only separated by a curtain without which one could see inside the room..so I would highly recommend against this place, especially for foreign/solo/female travelers. I did not feel safe..the staff do not speak any English

Avoid this place

The toilet didn't work and no other rooms were available. There were also cigarette butts on the ground inside the room. I would definitely not stay here again. The room was very poorly lit.

Great value, but can be awfully noicy

Great value. Liked the size of the room and location. And jacuzzi was exceptionally useful after long walks in the city to relax muscles, etc. They clean rooms every day, provide a lot of towels, bottles of water, shampoo, etc. Location and area are also very convenient.

Very noisy due to A/C external blocks attached directly to walls outside. A lot of A/C units on the walls, on both sides. Some unit when turned on (in some other room) vibrates and shakes the wall of our room, making both vibrations and extremely loud noice. Also appliances might use a little maintenance, e.g., water faucets are not tight, no locks on window and balcony. Also bed linens and towels are somewhat greyish due to being old.

Disappointing

We had a room with a jacuzzi which was not cleaned properly, things were floating in it when we filled with water. The breakfast was just a small portion of scrambled eggs with 1 peace of bun for 2 and a glass of orange juice and when we asked for more they said that is all what they can give. First morning they accepted our breakfast "card" with the wrong date and the next morning in the restaurant they told us they can not give us breakfast and in the reception the lady told me she cannot do anything and I should talk to the waiter.. seriously they knew we were sleeping at the hotel and they knew we payed for the breakfast and since we went there for the opening there wasn't even an option that we wanted to have breakfast for the second time. It was really dissapointing and since nobody could speak english first we tried to explain but after they pointed to each other we left them.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The shower had lots of pressure. The free breakfast was also nice. The cost for what we got was incredible. The early check in was also awesome.

Superb

Stayed here for the second time and again had a positive experience. It's a budget hotel, but the shower is amazing, the room is really big and the breakfast is quite descent. Also the location is close to Condesa, Roma etc.

The location was good, next to a metro station. Breakfast was fine (one day coffee was included, the other day not).

The changed the soap and towels every day which is really not necessary for a 3 days stay. There was more or less constant ventilation noise in our room but coming from outside. With earplugs it was okay otherwise I couldn't have slept.

Good for cheap place to crash, if you don't need Aircon or dependable internet

The location is amazing, right in Roma Norte and close to many bars and restaurants.

The rooms only come with a plug-in fan rather than air-conditioning and windows you can slant up for airflow. The internet was really bad, especially on the higher floors.

Great value. It's a love hotel, but not tawdry. It's more on the way to a real hotel.

For ultimate pleasure and comfort, go for the master suite with the jacuzzi. It's a huge room, lots of amenities including a small balcomy. And it's only a little more cost than the lesser rooms.

The room was really clean and comfortable, with a huge (and super hot!) shower and in a good location, we were very happy with our stay.

The location of the hotel is perfect. The jacuzzi mixed with disco light inside the room was fun. The place is very clean.

Meanwhile the hotel itslelf was a coup-de-coeur, the breakfast was a big disappointment. I prepaid for a continental breakfast but at the restaurant I was given only two choices: scrambled eggs and another mexican thing, which came with 4 slices of bread for two people. The street has a bunch of bakery anyway. Also there was some kind of disco/clubbing nearby or maybe in the basement of the building, it went on all night long. You can guess the rest (...)

Pleasant

The room was huge and very clean. The check in times are great as they let you enter your room from 8am, and they let you stay until 1pm from the next day too.

I don’t recommend as a solo female traveler. Big motel vibes that did not make me feel like I was in the right place as a tourist.
