Host was lovely, the accomodations have all the basics you would need. It's clean, modern and unique. The view of the ocean was spectacular from the pool.
We didn't realize bungle in the jungle was in a gated community which maybe is your preference but we were hoping for more authentic Costa Rica/jungle. The other renters or owners in the complex (not Lisa) made us feel pretty unwelcome at the pool. Making us feel guilty for being short term guests and using their pool/lounge chairs - the community did not seem thrilled to have short term guests enjoying the shared facilities. Also you have to drive into town to get food which is fine - but it's about 15 minutes.

The breakfast was delicious; Lisa makes fantastic banana bread! We really enjoyed the infinity pool with the views overlooking the bay. There was also the bonus of seeing some local wildlife!
