We had a wonderful stay here. Kattia was a wonderful host. She was friendly, helpful and responsive. The location was wonderful. The villa is in a peaceful gated community (the 24 hour guards were very friendly and Kattia prepared them for my arrival). The view from the balcony is stunning. We felt like we were in the trees. We were treated with visits from friendly native animals, including a white-throated magpie-jay and an iguana that visited us daily. We could see the ocean from the balcony. The villa is a 2 minute walk to the pool and mini-golf course. There is a movie theater and wonderful spa immediately outside of the gates. There is a small grocery store and a barber shop across the street and another grocery store less than a 5 minute walk from the gates. The beach is a leisurely 20 minute walk from the villa. There are numerous incredible restaurants within walking distance. I am a food snob, and I enjoyed every restaurant in the area, including Sal y Fuego, Casita del Marisco, Villas del Sueno, and Restaurante Ginger.

Kattia and her husband were great communicators which really helped since we got lost. They were so kind and helpful. The place was clean, peaceful and beautiful. All the people we encountered were so kind and friendly! Recommend this place for sure!
