About this villa rental
Villa Señora Martin #15 is the best deal in Hermosa Heights. It is a newly renovated two-bedroom, two-bath stand-alone villa in the Hermosa Heights Gated Community. The Principal bedroom has a pillow-top queen mattress, and the second bedroom has a new double mattress. The living room has a futon that makes out to a full-size bed and a DEDICATED WORK SPACE. There is a toddler cot (up to 75 lbs) and a Pack 'n Play for infants available upon request. Full Kitchen, Washer-Dryer, Towels, Linens. A Propane Gas grill is available on the deck.
Hermosa Heights has a pool, mini-golf, and a Cinema. 10-minute walk to the beach or grocery store. There are wonderful beachfront restaurants in Playa Hermosa

We loved this place , it’s the perfect location. We had plenty of room for our family (two bathrooms even!)! They had a playpen set up for us and a toddler bed if we needed. Great service and communication, the best we’ve ever had at a VRBO stay for information on the services around and things to do in the area. Highly recommend - if you are looking for place to stay in playa Hermosa seriously look no farther! There’s a water slide and mini putt just steps away from your door, and a fish market in the building for you to cook yourself in the kitchen!

The location was very nice and the pool facilities were a great amenity. It was nice having help getting in. The air conditioners worked very well and there were beach towels and body boards to use

The host was very welcoming and communicated very well! All questions were promptly answered. My girlfriend and I were greeted warmly upon arrival and the property was clean, safe, and comfortable. We will definitely come back on our next visit!

Gerry was great. Lots of help when needed. The pool area was very nice. Little mini golf if wanted. 20 min walk to beach. 10 min to store. Costa rian people are very friendly. Good bang for the buck.
