Beautifully Renovated Casa Indigo! Playas del Coco InTown Location. Walk to All

Welcome to the newly renovated Casa Indigo! This freshly renovated house is conveniently located just one block off the main street in Playas del Coco. You are walking distance from everything you’ll want to see and do in town. One bedroom has a queen bed with an en suite bath, a second bedroom is a bunk room with two twin bunk beds. While the house is a completely new renovation, we tried to preserve and restore as many of the elements of the original Costa Rican house as possible. All of the interior walls and ceilings had beautiful wood planking, but it just didn't work with the updated concept. So we stripped and saved all of the wood, and reused it in so many ways in the house. Much of the wood was sanded and whitewashed and used for accent walls and headboards. It was also used to remake the cabinet doors and range hood in the new kitchen. The roof needed to be replaced, but the corrugated metal from the roof became incorporated into the privacy fencing enclosing the back deck. Original cabinets from the kitchen were whitewashed and used in the bathrooms. The house now mergers the "reuse and restore" concept with "shabby sheik", appealing to the budget conscious savvy traveler.
The house is primarily indigo, whitewash, and grey, with some striking natural wood and accent colors. New stainless-steel kitchen, gas stove and oven, brand new tile bathrooms, "wood look" tile floors -- this house is beautiful, and ready for your visit!
Your safety is our concern as well, so the full property is fenced, including room for your car or golf cart within the locked area. But don't feel you need to rent a vehicle! One of the appeals of the location is its accessibility to everything in town - just a few minute walk to the beach, grocery stores and a variety of bars and restaurants.
You will have access to the full house. Eat-in kitchen, living room, two bedrooms and outdoor space. You will be able to come and go with ease using your custom assigned keypad code.
