Lo que más nos gustó fue la villa, ya que las instalaciones son muy cómodas, limpias y están muy bien equipadas. Además, la ubicación es excelente por la cercanía a la playa y a los abastecedores, lo que hace que la estadía sea muy práctica y agradable.
En general, tuvimos una muy buena experiencia y disfrutamos mucho nuestra estadía. Como sugerencia de mejora, cuando tuvimos un inconveniente con la electricidad intentamos comunicarnos a los números indicados para contacto fuera del horario de oficina, pero no logramos obtener respuesta. Entendemos que pueden presentarse diferentes situaciones, pero sería de gran ayuda contar con un canal de atención más disponible para este tipo de casos, ya que brinda mayor tranquilidad a los huéspedes.

Location was great, just 4 minutes from Playa Hermosa beach, nice pool and very security property, quiet and relaxing for all family, the apartment is equipped for all you needs, kitchen, bathrooms, living room, nice dinning room and boards games for the kids, lovely place!

We had an exceptional stay at this property—it truly exceeded all of our expectations. The space was beautifully maintained, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The location was ideal, the host was easy to communicate with, and the overall experience was pleasant from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again.
