Good stay-over for next day ferry. Beware of self-locking door

Way the appt is arranged-very well organized and wonderfully themed. Excellent support by owner on how to get there-otherwise it would've been a nightmare. 7mins drive to ferry port

Steep metal stairway (can't be changed) . Door locking itself, great risk of leaving you out (can be easily changed: luckily a neighbor had a spare key, otherwise it would have ruined all my planning) .

Lovely location in a quiet cul de sac but with lovely taverna and coffee shop very near. Host was very helpful and friendly. Great welcome pack with everything that was needed. Definitely reccomend if staying in volos.

Great host, everything was set up and clean and cozy , exactly like on the pictures ; also, there is a huge variety of coffee shops/ restaurants around

I will not say I didn't like it, but I wish there was a washing machine in an apartment ; also, there is a construction going on in the neighborhood that woke me up at 8am , however it's not host's fault and hopefully it will be finished soon , apart from that, everything was perfect

Appartment a little far from centre/harbour, but 15 mins walking to central bus station through a relatively good and easy path. It is possible to take bus no. 3 few steps away from the acommodation all the way to buy station/centre so it was very convenient. Very steep and narrow staircase going up to the appartment. Not really a problem but something to count with. Little difficult with suitcase. Mind your head going from kitchen to living room - low beam. We didnt really find good eating out options in the neighborhood

Good value for money for a budget stay.

This property is a good value for money and Anasis was very friendly and helpful. It was quiet during the night, parking available around the property, on the streets. This review doesn’t need additional images as the property looks exactly as the images from the presentation.

As a former smoker, I can recognize a room where in the past there has been some smoking. Don’t have the background if a former guest didn’t obliged to the no smoking sign that are in the room but not a great feeling after all.

Very clean and comfy modern studio

Very lovely studio, perfectly clean and comfortable. 20 min walk to the port and restaurants, but also a coffee and restaurants very close. I had a big luggage and the owner helped me to lift it. I appreciated his help. He also waited for me outside and the communication was very fluent. I booked the apartment two hours before coming and it was totally ready. The apartment looks new, and is well decorated.

A bit noisy, but it seems like this in every city in Greece.

Γενικα πολυ καλο το διαμέρισμα. Σχετικα κοντα στο κέντρο της πόλης με ολες τις παροχές που έπρεπε

Το κατάλυμα ειχε τα παντα. Και πετσετες μπανιου και εξτρα σε περίπτωση που τις λερωνες. Δεν ελειπε κατι γενικα τα ειχε ολα το διαμέρισμα.

Η πολλες πινακιδουλες με μη κανετε φασαρία μην καπνίζετε κλπ. Ελειπε μια αξιοπρεπή απλωστρα και εκεινη που ειχε δεν χωραγε να απλωσεις τίποτα σχεδον. Συν οτι δεν βρηκαμε αλλα μανταλακια. Θα ηταν ωραια επίσης να ειχε φωτισμο και στο κρεβάτι να βλεπεις καλυτερα και στην ντουζιέρα επισης γιατι ηταν σκοτεινα σχετικα.

- apartamentul este mobilat ultra modern, cu mobila si electrocasnice de calitate, probabil foarte scumpe - patul este foarte confortabil - pretul inchirierii a fost foarte bun - parcare auto gratuita in imediata vecinatate - restaurante/ cafenele situate foarte aproape ( 50 m), cu specific pescaresc cat si alte produse, la preturi exceptionale (8-10 euro)

- scari de acces in apartament inguste, dificil de transportat bagaje - apartamentul se afla intr-un cartier rezidential, care nu are nici-o legatura cu tursimul. Vecinii m-au perceput ca pe un muncitor sezonier. Am fost abordat de vecini si "certat" ca stau fara tricou in fata imobilului si fumez. - noaptea se aud curse ilegale de motociclete si sirene ale politiei ( 5 nopti din 7) - cea mai apropiata plaja (turistica) la 5 km - cu exceptia gazdei, in zona nimeni nu vorbeste limba engleza sau alta limba de circulatie internationala
