Our family of 5 stayed for a second time upon our return from Skiathos. Close proximity to the port. Plenty of street parking. Clean, comfortable and very spacious. Building has a lift for heavy luggage. Host was lovely.

Πολύ άνετο οικογενειακό διαμέρισμα στην Νέα Ιωνία Βόλου που ειναι μια πολύ όμορφη περιοχή. Οι φωτογραφίες το αδικούν, ειναι καλύτερο απο κοντά. Ο ιδιοκτήτης μας περίμενε και μας ειχε κρατήσει και θέση για parking. Καθαρό, με ωραια βεράντα, προϊόντα μπάνιου, πιστολάκι μαλλιών και σοκολατακια για καλωσόρισμα.
. Πρέπει να βρεθεί μια καλύτερη λύση γιατί το air-condition στο σαλόνι δεν επαρκεί στο θέμα θέρμανσης. Χρειάζεται και στα δύο δωμάτια κάτι. Θα ήταν χρησιμο να υπάρχει ένα μπουκάλι νερό και ίσως καφές ή τσάι σε φακελάκια.
