What we really liked was first of all the location, with many single houses, beautiful gardens, very close to St Konstantin Park and Church, outside the "voice" of the city, again very close to it; we liked the way the hosts have shaped the yard with the trees and the flowers and much love, which is all the money, the hosts themselves who were polite, friendly and eager to help. We have chosen the smaller room -because this was available when booking-, but we've been compensated with the dedicated for this room space in the yard, which is well covered for rain and sun, with big table, comfortable chairs, wifi etc. Magnificent! The bathroom was also of a good size.
The specific room is more than adequate if for a shorter period stay; we stayed 10 nights with all our things for continuing to South Greece, again we managed to accommodate, so put some salt and pepper when we say small.

The accommodation has a very beautiful yard, the room is equipped with everything you need. A big plus for the laundry machine.
The room is very small. They didn't change the towels in 7 days, and if you want the room to be cleaned, they will charge you with 15 euro. This information are missing from the description. The beach is very far.

Quiet neighborhood, we had a restful night’s sleep. Bed was comfortable. We planned to walk to dinner but it started raining so we had food delivered and sat in the courtyard where there was a covered table so we could still enjoy the outdoors. We didn’t cook, but the kitchen had everything needed if we had wanted to, an air fryer, one burner stovetop. Fridge was already cold with a bottle of water ready for us. We booked spontaneously the night before as we decided we needed to break up our drive. Maria greeted us with a warm welcome and had everything ready even though it was such late notice for her and it rained in the morning so it made it a little more challenging. Highly recommend and we will definitely come back!
